Atlantis Casino Resort Spa

Thank you, Sarah! I had a fantastic time on Thanksgiving weekend. Atlantis is a great hotel and casino. Great food and great service throughout my stay. I saw Wayne Brady perform and the venue was well organized and plenty of space. I'm writing this review to highlight my host, Sarah Cruz. Sarah is a pleasure to speak with and she goes above and beyond at all times. She's professional, communicative, and personable. Thank you for making my experience an excellent one, Sarah!

Best Experience over the last 20 years Our trip to the Atlantis was a wonderful experience all around. From the food, to the gambling, and to the service and hospitality we received from the moment we walked in! Our host Eden was very gracious to us, and helped us with all accommodations. We have traveled to Reno and Las Vegas yearly, over the years, and we will be using this Resort for the future. Keep up the good work. Five Stars for sure! Mike

Great experience The Atlantis casino is just a wonderful place to go, the restaurants are wonderful. The gaming is great, especially the keno. But the best thing about the Atlantis casino are all the people that work there, they are just as wonderful as could be. You will not find a nicer bunch of people anywhere.

Talking about friendliest place, I played at most of the table games including poker room. They are all professional. Since I played at most of the table games including poker room. I can tell you that Atlantis Reno is the best, from the restaurants to the table games, they are professional and friendly. I notice when I played at the Poker room , the boss Christina Leto and her employees are the best, kinds,fair and friendly, they have a wonderful service drinks station that u can help your self, from coffee, teas to beverages it is great. I made a mistake and went to the “peppermill casino poker room” they are so unfriendly , the dealers think that they are the boss, if you make one simple mistake like go out of your turn, they not only yelled at you but call the boss over, it is a simple game and they treat you like dirts. DO NOT GO TO THE PEPPERMILL, STAY AND PLAY AT THE ATLANTIS RENO

Don’t even consider this awful place. Staff is incredibly uneducated and should be ashamed The front desk gave us room keys to an already occupied room. We had tried the keys. They did not work so we went back to the front desk to where they reset our keys and then they did work security medicine up there and insured that our keys would work and so we proceeded to go inside the room nothing had been used. Everything looks like a brand new clean room, except for a backpack in the corner, which we thought was left from the previous tenants not knowing that they were the current tenants belongings. After dinner and drinks we came back to our room and I called my best friend to come pick me up because I got angry with my boyfriend over a very small issue which shouldn’t have even happened I left my cell phone and my purse in the room when I left and when my boyfriend realized I wasn’t coming back, he grabbed up my belongings and put them in the backpack and proceeded to come home the next day I was contacted by security saying that we had stolen money and MacBooks and cash and that those items were claimed to have been in this backpack, which was entirely untrue. There was absolutely nothing of value in the backpack. We immediately drove the backpack back up to the Atlantis to return it with every single thing that was in it, but because their customer who decided to make a fraudulent claim to try to falsely obtain money, they had the Reno Police Department arres my boyfriend on burglary charges. When we pointed out that if some electronics were missing that they were able to go into their cloud and locate those electronics, but they did no such thing they took some person‘s word over ours, which is the oldest trick in the book and their security department is incredibly oblivious to the actual real real world in real life situations and will now have to face the consequences for that my boyfriend is missing work, and now has to face this legal action for a lie that was created by one of their guests, I will be pursuing charges against this hotel
