Keep looking! Keep looking, this is very tired and not well maintained. From the AC that sometimes works to the holes in the carpeting the place seems to be falling apart. Sadly, the people are very nice and the location is great. We have been here several times over the years, it just keeps going downhill.

Keep looking Wow, how bad can it get? We have stayed here for years and have seen it continue to go down hill. Sadly, it appears to have hit rock bottom. I can't begin to list all that is wrong but it is not that something broke, nothing is being maintained. HVAC not working correctly, torn carpeting, toilets that not only don't work right, one of them has a seat that doesn't fit. Skip this one, it may never recover.

Exceptional front desk service Penelope went above and beyond to make me feel welcome which made all the difference in my stay. The furniture and amenities are very outdated however the kitchenette and location made up for it, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The walls are in fact thin like other reviews mention and AC is on its last leg, but for a 2 star motel it’s to be expected.

Not a resort. This is not a resort, it is a poorly converted motel. Staff was nice, but facilities need a lot of work. You can get high from the lingering pot smell in the rooms, but not high enough to enjoy the motel. Very thin walls. Downtown location is nice.

Cleanliness The room had some cleanliness issues that should have been better, prior to our arrival. Floors were dirty, tub drain was not working properly, and AC did not work well.
