Every stay, I discover an new adventure or experience and am pleased each time! Looking forward to returning soon! Clean, updated rooms with comfortable bedding and temperature. Desk w/chair, additional seating, blackout curtains, refrigerator and safe, clothing storage in addition to closet space. Great views of the mountains. Lake Tahoe is about an hour away — you can rent a car from The Row (Enterprise) and take the scenic drive. Food, convenience, pharmacy, bank, the Reno arch, car and bowling museums — all available within walking distance of The Row or you can take public transportation/rideshare if you don’t want to walk. The Row offers a lot inside if you prefer to stay within the resort. A variety of restaurants and cafes…all three hotels are accessible inside and flow one to the other in a “row”. Gaming options are plentiful, they even have special events at times, this visit, we had 1950’s Bingo, such a fun time! Each hotel has its own gaming areas typically two levels but again, you can get to all of them easily by walking inside the resort. All staff encountered were pleasant and helpful. I have returned a few times and will again.

A good stay The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. It's nice to walk around the casino complex too. Parking was easy. I would stay here again if coming back into Reno. It was a good place to stay for the night if you are also passing through.

Hotel was perfect The room was quiet, a nice Mountain View. I liked the checkin via phone and kiosk. It made things super easy. Nice staff and fun time. We enjoyed the weekend getaway. It’s easy to drive around to restaurants or go to Tahoe from here. The restaurants here are new and updated. Things are clean. Parking is free.

A good stay in Reno I was in Reno to bowl in a bowling tournament for blind/visually impaired bowlers. The shuttle driver was not very friendly. She knew I was visually impaired and offered no verbal assistance. Just dropped me off at the curb. She didnt tell me there was an elevator down a different hallway. I proceeded to lug a large suitcase, 3 bowling balls and 2 carry on bags up an escalator. The front desk was somewhat friendly. When I asked for directions to the elevator, she pointed. I had to inform her that a white can means the person is blind or very low vision. My room was clean and nice. No maid service unless you request it, so I used the towels all week. The mini fridge quit working, so they sent a lady to change it out. I took the broken one out for her. She then took one from another room and had to slide it down the hallway to my room. I then put it back where the other one had been. Calling the front desk is fruitless. You never get to speak with them. You get a call center. Another bowler, in the room next to me could not get her door to close and lock. I ended up going to the front desk in person to report it. The hot tub was out of order the whole time. The overall stay wasnt horrible. It is a nice place to stay.
