Dont stay here Truck broken into and stole everything including battery. They didnt care and claimed no cameras. Police refused to come even take a report. This place used to be decent, but now is a dump with homeless people all over

My name is Mr.Corlandus France and I was sent to this hotel The Red Lion Hotel and conference Center by my L.N.I. claim manager.My review is to commend the WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE EFFORTS & SERVICES I received from Ms.Alina and Ms.Sanjana,Both women were VERY helpful,polite and PROFESSIONAL. They are what GREAT SERVICE is all about,I personally would recommend a raise/promotion for both of these extraordinary young ladies who went both ABOVE and BEYOND their normal job duties.

Enjoyable stay and fantastic customer service! My flight got cancelled over the holidays. I stayed at Red Lion through Alaska Airlines. I must say they have the best customer service. Elena checked me in. I was in a super bad mood (flight cancelled and I wasn't going to be able to see my family over the holidays.) She was such a great listener and made me feel better -- going above and beyond her call of duty. A very friendly and courteous lady named Baljit checked me out. Rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable. I will be staying here again whenever I get the chance.

Keep looking Place is severely outdated and run down. Carpet is bunched up in the hallways. You can literally see through the door. Cleaning personnel start knocking on your door door at 0900am, even though check out is noon. Not a real Red Lion. It’s individually owned. Also received several bug bites. Worst place I’ve stayed. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I booked this through Priceline and was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. Definitely not!!!!

Airline Cancellation Booking I was booked into the hotel due to a flight cancellation and delay in travel. The hotel is dated and needs updating, clean but nothing special, just somewhere to get some rest. I travel to Seattle often and this would not be somewhere I would book myself.
