Horrible Unfortunately I have to put one star which they do not deserve!!! Went to spend the weekend with family! Go there and has an issue with check in. Once got into the room the ac was broken and the shower had NO hot water!!!! We changed rooms and they did not enter it in its system so a stranger entered our room at 11 pm then again at 3:30 in the morning!!! Mind you we had two young kids with us as it scared them to death! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff was rude and nonprofessional! I do want to say thank you to the night manager Anthony for his wonderful hospitality and refunding our money!

Not a good choice… Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Thank goodness I was only here for 6 hours. *faucet in bathroom was not sealed to granite *faucet did not drain *morning shower was cold/Luke warm- no hot water *a/c unit very, very loud *my room was very worn on the 7th floor *arrived at 1:30am and still had to wait a good amount of time to have my room assigned to me *I’m a gold member and the breakfast was not included so basically paid $10.95 for terrible coffee and a banana *drag racing sounds all night When I let staff know about the faulty faucet, no apologies given. When I turned in my room keys, no ask of “how was your stay”. They are completely disconnected as if they know the hotel is not up to par.

Fast & Furious Don't stay on a Saturday night. The Burlington Coat Factory parking lot becomes a drag racing venue. Hundreds of suped up Nissans, Supras, trucks with extremely loud sound systems raced from 12pm to 3am. Top less girls dancing out the sunroof of cars. Police chased them off at 9pm, but the cars came back. If you have to stay, don't stay on the bottom floor facing the mall.

Needs updating & poor customer service So let me start by saying the downstairs part of this hotel is more updated, than the rest. The floors and alot of the structure are still very old. The back doors to the hotel dont work even with a room key, along with the elevators stating you need a room key to use them to go up. Nothing is valid and its pretty boujee that it also says in the elevator “hotel certified certificate located on front office” yep that states its pretty safe. We heard a couple upstairs in the middle of the night arguing as the walls are obviously super thin. AC had a problem the whole stay on staying on which sucked. It wasnt until our second night i called regular customer service( and verified that it was the exact same hotel obviously ) that we needed to add another night due to not wanting to go thru another process of just relocating to another hotel and just wanting to make it easier on us. Well i should have just done that to begin with, due to the fact i got a call the third day (that had been added and paid for the night before) as they called to tell me they were about to kick us out because the room was not indeed booked. Let me remind you we spoke to the black gentleman that saturday after booking on the phone.... as he stated and gave us an ENTIRE NEW room key because of it. He stated specifically the old one would not work due to the fact we obviously extended so gave us a new key. I reminded the lady on the phone ( that sunday) when i got the call from them saying there was no extension. I spoke to Maria and Sophia. ( one was general manager) they refused to not only speak in person but tell me that they could refuse us to stay based on my anger towards the situation and would not offer any explanation of what happened nor discount. We were an hour away when i got the call about them taking our luggage out and had no choice but to stay to keep our belongings safe until back from Salem. What a disaster. How do you not have any explanation yet with the cameras and with your staff? Why did he give me a new room key along with agreeing our stay was extended which was the entire point of verifying everything we were good to go that Saturday night at the front desk? So thankyou for not accommodating us professionally and messing things up to where i had to pay the extra $50 deposit for a whole new “stay/ reservation” Due to overcharging but in your words “never extending us”

Pleasure seeing sites Disappointing! We had adjoining rooms for kids. Their toilet wouldn't flush. After them fixing. It wasn't to say the least. Switched rooms, no hot water. The front desk said it comes and goes just run it. I had a teenager standing in a cold shower for 20 min before coming to our room to take shower. No maid service.
