RACIALLY PROFILED AT THIS HOTEL. IM DISGUSTED I am sick to my stomach one of friends was racially profiled right in this hotel by a man named Anant Patel who works in this hotel. my friend was going to the gym and saw Anant going by her she smiled at him but he didn't smile back then she went to the gym turns out that man had followed her and then proceeded to ask for her room number, my friend just said she didn't know because why would she want to tell a random man where she is staying. Then the man immediately said Im going to call the police on you, my friend said why and he just kept saying he was going to call the police on her. When confronted at the front desk we asked for his name and he just ignored us and ran away, we then had to get his name off a colleague of his who also works at the hotel. His name is ANANT PATEL

DONT GO HERE , RACIST PEOPLE Terrible staff Most racist Hotel I’ve ever been to . Don’t go here . And also I did not feel comfortable in the gym , weird people with weird looks . You don’t feel safe in your room either. I wish I could give 0 stars. Waste of money. And I have also heard that this isn’t the first time something like this happens . Do better.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t want to give use cookies. Stayed here June 21-24. Upon arriving they was training someone which was fine. But so much got screwed up in the mist of that. I provided my Hilton honors number so it could be added to my account. I was asked to come back for fresh cookies and water because they were out. My cousin also had 2 rooms, she checked into one and when she come back hours later to check into the other one, they couldn’t find the other reservation. Even though she had confirmation number for the reservation, they were adamant that it wasn’t one. Instead of saying it got canceled because we are sure that’s what happened with the trainee. The manager Sai then threatened to have her removed from the property if she didn’t “calm down”…. Whole time she was CALM!! Never raised her voice or anything. Thankfully they had rooms available so my uncles could get a room. Then I get home and look at my credit card statement and she an additional charge of $50. I know they put a hold for $50 when you checked in and then release it. Well the other $50 wasn’t released. I called the property and they says it’s a charge for stained towels and sheets WTF?? I then asked what stains?? Was advised to call back and speak with a manager. Talk to him and he says on the pictures it looks like makeup on the towels and something blue on the sheets. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I pay you to stay at your property and you mean to tell me you going to charge me for sheets and towels that’s been used over and over again. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND!!! He also says that it’s up to the property manager to decide to charge. I’ve never heard of such at any Hilton nor any other hotel and I travel ALL OVER THE WORLD!!! He also goes on this whole spill talking about how they use high quality sheets and towels GTFOH!!! Then after calling customer service they wasn’t any help….. HILTON YOU ARE LOST A CUSTOMER. Ignorant p….. of s…

Do not stay at this place, it sucks. Will never stay at another Doubletree again.. Called to let hotel know we would be late. No rec of call. Arriv. at approx. 2:00 am. Clerk said, performing an audit with comp. syst., we did not get our room until after 3:00 am. No bkfst., but free bottle of water! Little store with candy for purchase (but no toothbrush) messy, with trash around, and fridge left open. No concierge in evidence. Bad smell/ dirty stairwell. Room overlooking lobby inside hotel. Loud wedding party next night inside lobby. Bad experience overall.

Run while you can!!! This place is awful. Alarm clock is so dirty and doesn’t work; no power to the plugins next to the bed. Sink faucet is nasty. Random stray key on bedside table. Do they even clean these rooms? Phone doesn’t call ANYONE. No cups for water. Carpet is buckling. I could go on and on. Don’t stay here. It’s gross.
