Superb value Great little hotel. Well equipped rooms including refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker. Impeccably clean. Nicely refreshed during Covid, the rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and linens, excellent location, all at a very fair price. Had a family event here -- essentially took over the lobby -- and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I'm a frequent guest and always have a great stay here.

FIRST TIME TO THIS PARTICULAR HGI This was our first time at this property. Wonderful location. Was upgraded to the King Suite on the 4th floor // fabulous room .. amazing shower and lots of hot water. Bed was good. Breakfast was amazing. Being a Diamond member, we were offered $10/per person to cover. A lady by the name of Anna prepared a wonderful cheese omelet. Since she was by yourself, she couldn't prepare french toast or pancakes, but glad I picked the omelet. Fabulous danish and lots of other options on the buffet, which is included with the omelet. It was $15 for the omelet .. some properties will cover the difference if you are a Diamond member, but not this property. Staff very professional ... Michael checked us in .. Very upbeat the friendly. Connie is the sales person, and she was wonderful too. I would return 'cause it has direct access to the freeways and it is super quiet. There is a small charge for parking, which I am not sure why, but ....

Great property and didn’t Price gouge for the Eclipse ❤️ Excellent accommodations and nice room. Clean spacious room. We were most impressed that they offered regular room prices during our stay for the 2024 eclipse _. Staff was friendly and gave us a card key for the back door of the property so we could use the restrooms. We saw the eclipse from their back parking lot _.

Hilton Diamond Members Not Welcome Hotel was nice as was the room. If you are looking for Diamond member benefits this hotel is not one you want to stary at. They charge you a fee for self-parking. The breakfast is $15 and no credit is given as is the case at almost every other Hilton property that charges for breakfast. The Buffet is about what you would to get for free at a Hampton Inn. Had I realized there was no benefits and extra charges I would not have stayed here. Won't be back.

Front desk excellent Great hotel. Checked me in very early; I mean at 11:30! I got there much sooner than expected and they were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were wonderful. Front desk excellent. Only concern was I ordered the "made to order" breakfast and the cook told the waitress to just get it form the buffet. When I pointed this out, she said the cook would told here to do this. I was so impressed with her honesty that I gave here a tip. The front desk didn't charge me. Again the front desk is outstanding.
