Mold all over The place is dated and stale ! Mold all over the bathroom in the shower and sink. For 500 a night I expect a lot , at least a clean room. The halls all smell like urine and mold. The mold on the tiles just needed wiped off lol so that tells you how well they clean

Avoid if you are only coming for stay The place is dark , the architecture is old , hotel rooms are small and the staff is rude. There is also a hidden charge they will ask you to pay when you book from Expedia or other sites. The staff wil not even give you smile when checking . This is the worst staff I have seen. Also this ridiculously expensive hotel and for gambling also there are better places

Comfortable and Convenient Stay During our recent stay at the River Rock Hotel and Casino, we stayed in a standard room, which is situated in a separate building from the casino. This provided a quieter environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino area. The standard room was impressively spacious and well laid out. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. The room also featured a large, well-appointed bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Although the room was not located in the main building, it was only a short walk outside with a covered walk way away, allowing easy access to the casino and other facilities. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and a pool, which we found to be clean and well-maintained. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a great plus for us. The staff at the River Rock Hotel and Casino were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. While the room did not have a kitchen, the hotel offers several dining options. We ended up going to Zio's for pizza, quick and easy. The pizza was very tasty and fresh. We had a lot of fun in the casino, they have a wide variety of slot machine and tables to chose from. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation. This makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding area as well as getting to the airport.

Not achieving expectations We arrived to this hotel around 11 pm. Only one attendant in the reception with one person in front of me. It took 20 minutes to get to me (!!!). Then we got our room which happened to have a faulty room light and no place to connect a phone close to the bed. Nice rooms and a great location but two very annoying issues that should not happen in a hotel of this caliber when you are paying a good amount of money for a nice sleep.

Way over price It's way over price, my daughter stayed one room by herself, her boyfriend canceled to come at the last minute, my daughter was fool by the Ad. thought it has hot tub inside the room so book it. Anyway, the room charge is $386.1, but it has 7 extra charge added on, like Destination Marketing Fee $3.86, Tax and GST, Resort Fee, Resort Fee Tax, Resort Fee GST plus System Fee $9.51, end of I paid $485.04 for her one night stay in a pretty normal room. It doesn't even has a bath tub, just a shower enclosure. I am not impressed with the view, too. Just way over price. When we check in, there is only one clerk available and we were second in line. The gentleman in front stood there for 20 minutes in order to get his room. And the receptionist told us the printer wasn't working, so she can only email me the receipt. I think they have never intend to fix the printer anyway.
