Don't pass by this Best Western! This is an older hotel, updated. Staff are Super from front desk to room cleaning to maintenance when needed, to bringing an extra blanket for a roommate. Paired with the Sheraton (literally by connecting hallways) where the training was - super experience.

A Relaxing Stay Great service, good location, friendly staff ,prompt to address any issues. We stayed for 3 nights July 22to 25th and were very pleased with the accommodations. The indoor and outdoor pools are a good addition. There was ample parking, easy access and other amenities close by. A 4 minute walk to the train and bus station

Steerage Our room was in the basement (steerage) and did not have a window. This feels like a fire hazard. The bathroom was not very clean. The indoor pool was part of a sports club with people who were not hotel guests. The pool deck was very dirty. The indoor pool was part of a sports club with people who were not hotel guests. We stay in Best Western on June 2024 Pos: Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and beds are confortable. Location: closed to where I need to go. Good value. Con: Half of the light fixtures were broken. Long line up of check-in and out. (only one staff at the front desk). The elevator is too far from front desk. We ened up carry and walk up the staires with all our luggage.

Stay away; don't recommend. Stayed for three nights and every day we had issues with our room key, on numerous occasions upon trying to enter our room the lock would malfunction and not accept our key. Ended up having to go to the front desk multiple times to get a new key. Room was unremarkable and bathroom/closet door was broken. Multiple times it would slide off the railing and we would have to lift it back onto the track. This hotel is extremely dated and is in desperate need of a proper renovation. Staff didn't seem very friendly even when walking back into the lobby I was never greeted. Don't recommend staying here.
