Our first staycation and it was marvelous! We had a really good staycation here. To be honest we were very afraid and cautious as we haven't been in a hotel since the pandemic started, but from start to finish the whole experience was marvelous! The rooms were spotless and spacious, and I really love the modern take that they have begun to work around the location. In addition, the food at the patio is also top notch, I keep on recommending people to try the butter chicken here (seriously). All the staff were friendly and tried their best to make our stay a memorable one. In fact I ended up liking it so much I shot a video here afterwards. If there was a small feedback, it is that I personally like firmer pillows, but that's just a personal preference of mine.

Perfect staycation I haven’t been here since the renovations were done, but I’m glad I waited! The clean décor and modern furnishings were such upscale improvements…and I could live in that premium suite hydrotherapy tub __‍♀️. The room was very spacious - perfect for a family or a luxurious couples stay. Loved the option of outdoor and indoor pools, especially when the weather wasn’t cooperating. I don’t need to post any photos as the ones on their website represent the accommodations true to form. Thank you Anna and the rest of the Sheraton team (especially the cleaning staff who are the nicest and most helpful individuals) for the hospitality. Will definitely return for another relaxing local getaway _ ~Vicky

Poor excuse for business Over paid for a hotel which boasts quality service ! Another sorry sir! Doesn’t fix the problem Hotels of the statute should take responsibility and compensate a lousy stay. Sorry but not my fault you messed up! When you want a quiet stay dont put a guest on a multi family floor and not across from the community ice machine and just say sorry our pool just opened up and kids are all excited

My new fave Toronto hotel! Had a surgery in Toronto and needed clean comfie hotel to recover for 4 days - didn't want to go downtown madness and not much in the Erin mills area near the clinic. Decided to go a few stops north on dvp and try this Sheraton... and glad I did. Staff was phenomenal! Location perfect - a block away is 20 of the best upper chain restaurants.. easy access north.. easy access to city.. easy access to 401 to go east or west to head back to airport. Beds are awesome and rooms very clean! Was a couple minor mechanical concerns - but guy was there within 5 minutes to repair. The customer service staff at front desk are outstanding.. they genuinely cared - way to go team! We will be seeing you again and again!

Dinner Experience I recently had dinner at the Sheraton Parkway hotel, the food was delicious. The chef Amish is fantastic and the service provided by Shanta, and Chris was exemplary. I would highly recommend this hotel.
