Great service Outstanding service and very happy with room and our stay when we came in from out of town. Asia Paynes did a great job, and was kind enough to send me back my ID which I accidentally left in the room. Going above and beyond expected service! Thank you.

Got the job done but I wouldn't go back With a super early flight out of town and a lot of I-95 construction, I wanted to book a hotel near the airport. I wasn't expecting great, and when I first checked in everything seemed fine. Super easy check-in and friendly staff. They didn't ask for my ID though, which I thought was strange but also got the vibe that a lot of people stay here long-term for work and likely their company books the hotel for them. The room was clean, a little dark, but no complaints based on what you would expect from $100 a night hotel next to the airport. The biggest issues were: 1) Every time I would leave the room my key card would stop working and I'd have to go to the front desk. They felt like the batteries on the electronic system needed to be replaced but no one seemed to know how to solve for that. At 11:30pm, locked out again, the only employee just told me "I don't really know what to do." Eventually, I got in but come on - someone needs to know how to fix this. 2) Everything - the halls, the pillows, the blankets, literally everything smelled like stale cigarettes and marijuana. You couldn't walk down the hallway without getting hit with a cloud of some type of smoke and it clearly had soaked into the carpet and every surface. Again the staff were very friendly. They were many times they were sleeping on the chairs in the lobby or outside smoking cigarettes, but, when f I needed something they would wake up to help, if that says anything.

Maybe the Worst IHG Property in North America? One of the worst IHG properties I've ever stayed at. In truth, I can't believe IHG still affliiates with that dump. So many things broken: - No wifi - Elevator broken - had to schlepp our suitcases up two flights with no help from staff. - Coffee machine in room broken. - Hallways, stairs trashed. - soap bottles in shower falling to pieces - and they were filled in alternate, cheaper products. - Beds and sheets old and uncomfortable. I could go on and on. Don't make the mistake of staying there!

Worst hotel This may be the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel fdor a living/The hotel is dirty there is mold in the shower, the furniture is worn and ripped, half the ouotlets in the room did not work. The air conditioner turns off when not in the room and also as you sleep eat or shower since it is connected to a motion detector, so as you sleep there is not temperature control SMH Do Not stay here

worst experience ever. The filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was moldy and had a very nasty smell. My coworker found roach next to her bed, she called front desk and they told they can’t do anything about it. Don’t be fooled please
