decent but not quite 4 stars Decent hotel, clean and convenient however at this price point I would expect complimentary internet (it costs $10-15 per device, per day). Also parking is VERY expensive at $38 per night, plus taxes/fees. Noise in hallways was not great, got woken up at 04:30 twice by people slamming doors.

Nice Stay for Richmond Marathon Weekend Came to stay one night to participate in the Richmond Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel & checkin went smooth. A few things could have been better. One of our keys didn’t work right after we received it (easy fix). We were given a packet related to the race - map for the marathon & menus for the two buffets they had. They didn’t have maps for the other two distances being run & the map for the marathon was wrong- the start was incorrect & nutrition listed was wrong- maybe from last year? I looked it up online so no big deal but it’s a waste of paper. I asked about late checkout when we checked in & was told I’d have to call in the morning & it was first come first serve. Called in the morning & was able to get it but after they confirmed the time I wanted they told me it was $25. Again, no big deal but that hadn’t been mentioned when originally asked. Then our keys stopped working at the original checkout time so our kids couldn’t get up the elevator. Overall it was a nice hotel, clean rooms (could use more towels & toiletries). Also in the past when I’ve stayed at hotels partnering with a run the normally provide complimentary breakfast or something.

Two visits with No complaints Room was very clean and comfortable. Valet service was very good, friendly and efficient. Lobby staff greeted us and very welcoming. We did not eat there but found the Starbucks on site helpful as we hit the road early. Great restaurant across the street called The Tobacco Company which we were happy about. Lobby is nice and big, fireplace with a couch seating, all good. No complaints.

Great Staff I’m not normally a person to leave reviews regardless if the experience was good or bad. But I would like to take the time out to applaud the entire staff; Valet, Front Desk, Room Service, the Bartender. Anyone I interacted with was kind and went above and beyond doing their jobs. I was even left a birthday card with desert as my birthday had just passed and the lady at the front desk must have took note of it. I came down on a solo trip as a gift to myself and will absolutely stay here again in the future. Kudos to everyone.

Great night in Captial Region Great hotel, room was great size, clean, and in new condition. Bed was comfortable and no issues with noise. Limited facetime with staff but they were on top of their things with check in. Looking to stay with Omni in future at other locations as alternate to Hilton/Marriott
