Please fix the Peloton! Clean, quiet hotel and staff very helpful. I book only at hotels that have Pelotons in the fitness center. While this hotel has a bike, it is in disrepair and needs service. It is very unstable and wobbly and it needs to be recalibrated. Please call Peloton and have it serviced so guests can continue to enjoy it!

Great Hotel This Hilton is an absolutely gorgeous, well-maintained property in the super-busy Short Pump section of the Richmond suburbs. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff members I dealt with. Our room was large and meticulously clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, and after a busy day i had a blissful 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It's quiet. As far as location, well, the hotel is located in a vast sea of parking lots known as Short Pump Town Center. It's primarily a business hotel, with extensive meeting facilities. We were in town visiting friends nearby, so it was perfect for us. In addition to the onsite Shula's Steakhouse, there are a great number of restaurants in the adjoining mall and shopping plazas.

One night in Richmond, VA Room was good and in a great location. We encountered a problem at the hotel that was no fault of this hotel in anyway. Some people can be very disrespectful. Management followed up with the problem and took care of it. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Nice surprise We returned to the Short Pump area for a funeral. We looked at all the reviews for the local hotels and all had issues. We picked the Hilton and were satisfied: 1. Check-in was quick however we never received our digital key from the on-line service 2. The room was updated and clean 3. Beds were comfortable 4. House cleaning occurred each morning 5. Breakfast was good with fast service. Ordered from the menu 6. Bar was good with multiple TVs Good value for the cost.

Nice room perfectly located We stayed at the Hilton in Short Pump to celebrate our nieces birthday. We chose it for the location but we were extremely impressed by the hotel. The front desk staff was very personable, the room was large and clean. Unlike many hotels post covid, housekeeping is available. We will be back
