Not worth it. For years I've been wanting to stay here. If I could give them zero stars,I would. We let them know we have a service dog when we booked months before we arrived. Upon checking in, one of the workers came out to tell me how my service dog was not allowed anywhere in the hotel where people are. When I tried to explain that service dogs go everywhere the handler goes, she still insisted my dog cannot go to the restaurant, pool area or anywhere where people are. The other worker then said as long as my dog had the service dog harness she could go in and that the waitress at the restaurant had to decide if she would allow my dog. I was annoyed that my dogs rights where being violated. The following morning the waitress in the restaurant told me my dog was not allowed. Mind you there is a clear sign at the door stating no dogs allowed, Service dogs welcomed. The uneducated person stated she has 4 dogs and she could understand how I feel!! I tried to educate the 2 women that were trying to appease me with their zero knowledge of service dog laws. The hotel management need to train their workers about service dog laws! It was frustrating to have to deal with ignorant workers that will only create problems for the hotel for violating federal laws that protect my dog. We left a message for the manager to call us, however, we never got a call. Hopfully they didn't expect us to wait all day in the room for them to call when they also have our cell number on file. Anyway, it was better we didn't eat there. We heard from many the breakfast was bad and over priced just like the hotel. We found great places to eat out of the hotel and nicer apartments, houses and other hotels at better prices. We enquired about their dog service policies and they are up to date with the laws. I also want to add that the hotel room floor was disgusting. The tiles had texture the texture was black with grime. In the corners of the floor you can tell the grout was suppose to be white or a very light gray, well it's black from dirt. There is a light blue wifi light that lights up the room at night and spontanously blinks to a white light in the middle of the night. We had to cover it with a sock. The pool was dirty, needs to ne painted and had black mold on the steps inside the pool. There was a big stray cat roaming the pool and stalking my dog (yes, I sat my dog on a launge chair). Over all, this hotel is over priced for what it offers which is nothing. The bed and pillows were supper uncomfortable too. I don't recommend it.

A nightmare stay! In summary I will never again visit this hotel. My wife and I had booked the hotel for a 2 week stay and found upon arrival that this is no hotel. This is a motel 6 by the beach. Unacceptable humidity in our room. Wet everything, condensation on the floor. The room needed an update 20 years ago! An entry lobby more reminiscent of a third country bus station than a hotel/resort that charges in excess of $400 for a the first night of stay. No restaurant to speak of and a very underwhelming pool side bar. While at the hotel had a medical emergency went to the lobby seeking some assistance only to find out there was no one at the reception. I was left with 911 as my only option. Again, I will never ever visit or recommend this hotel.

Needs TLC ( Tender, Loving, Care) I have to say that Rincon by the Seas was an amazing place. I really don't know what happened. My previous visit was about 2 years ago and I decided to book again. Big mistake. First the people in front desk were not to friendly. The rooms need renovation especially the bathrooms. For me the worst is the beach chairs. They are all tied next to each other. It is horrible. You are trying to relax and the person next to you who is a total stranger is either smoking, talking on the phone ( which you can hear all the conversation), has music extremely loud or just is all sweaty and you can smell body odor. It is ridiculous that you can't move your beach chair freely. Also absolutely no distance is kept among guests. ( you are exposed to get infected by covid, flu or mycoplasma) Let people move freely and sit where they want.

Unprofessional Management and Lack of Customer Care I regret to say that my experience with Rincon of The Seas was far from satisfactory. Despite assurances over the phone regarding reimbursement for cancellations, the reality was starkly different. Upon discovering the room did not meet our expectations, we promptly sought to cancel our reservation, as per the agreement made with hotel staff over the phone. However, while one member of our group received a refund after canceling, our request for reimbursement was met with resistance and contradictory statements from management. Our friend received a refund and we were told we would get a refund as well if we wanted to cancel so we went ahead and cancelled and after we cancelled the staff changed the story and said that we needed to checkin first to then cancel for a refund. If we would have been told that we would have done that since we flew into Aguadilla and could have easily gone to the hotel which we ended up doing anyways since we weren't getting any response over the phone. The hotel kept about $400. Despite numerous attempts to communicate our concerns, both via phone and email to upper management, we were met with silence until I continued to leave messages and emails for management and I was told there was nothing they could do. This lack of responsiveness speaks volumes about the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction within the organization. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such disregard for customer care and accountability. I urge potential guests to reconsider patronizing Rincon of the Seas, as there are undoubtedly numerous other accommodations in Rincon that value and respect their customers far more than this establishment. In summary, my experience with Rincon of the Seas was marred by unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a blatant lack of respect for customers. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodations elsewhere.

Perfect for One Night There is a security guard that greets you when you drive in. When you get there, the lobby was beautiful. It does not seem like the kind of hotel where someone helps you with luggage and you have to park your car (the lot is right there, so wasn't a big deal). The front desk was very nice and the one gentleman explained everything about the hotel to me, open/close times for the pool/restaurant, etc. The hotel is more like a motel, in the sense you access your rooms from the outside, not inside the hotel. What is nice, is that everyone room basically overlooks the pool and beach with the way the rooms are structured. The fastest way for us to get to the beach was to go from the outside stairs to around the front of the building. On the side we saw that they had roped off a turtle nesting area. -It was unfortunate that there are bright lights from the neighboring property that can affet the turtle hatching. Kids had fun in the pool, but nobody was in it when we went, it was lightly raining at 7 or 8 at night. -So we enjoyed it. But the pool depth is only about 3 ft at the most (great for little kids). It would be nice if you could swim a little. The pool bar was still open. It seemed the music and lights were on until about 10pm the night we stayed. -We did not try the hotel food. The rooms were ok, but the AC worked great, maybe too well. I was looking for a remote, because it's one of those smaller units and it was set to 65F, but it's installed on the wall. There were two things that I wished were different. It's an all tile floor, which is fine, but, there was no great way to wipe your feet to keep the sand out out of the room. So no rugs, or mats inside or outside the rooms. Also the process for beach towels was different. They had beach towels in the room (which we didn't have enough for our room), so you had to dry your towels, and hope they did dry. They don't provide beach towels at the pool. So the process of getting beach towels was a little more work than it feels like it should be. I will say though, when you walk into the lobby, you feel like you are walking into a 4 or 5 star hotel. It's a fairly affordable hotel and I'd be remiss if I didn't say the sunset is beautiful. It was perfect for one night.
