I left relaxed and rejuvenated Very beautiful resort. If you are looking for a place to rest and rejuvenate The Hyatt Grand Reserve in Puerto Rico is the place to go. Very laid back, calm atmosphere. The beach and pool areas are beautiful and idea for reading, napping, and taking in some of the most beautiful scenery. The staff is absolutely amazing and do not miss the amazing food at the steak house.

Not goog I book this reservation through Chase Travel and I was expecting a better treatment. No room upgrade was offered even though the hotel was almost 50% of it capacity. The room floor was completely dirty and they gave us and ADA Room for handicapped with no curtain in the shower. Only good thing was the pool and the breakfast

Amazing place to vacation! My family and I booked our vacation at the Hyatt Regency expecting it to be somewhat nice. When we arrived we were blown away by the hospitality and overall facility. This was a vacation to remeber celebrating 2 birthdays in my family, mine and my daughters. We will remember this experience forever!
