Disgusting, filthy HEALTH HAZARD My mother and I stayed in room 116 on Feb 3rd. We had to leave our room at 3am due to the filth, black mold and cockroaches in our room. The front desk lady, Rosa offered us another room but then continued to argue with my mother about the fact that roaches spread very quickly and we were not willing to take the chance for our things to be infested. Rosa stated that we would need to speak to her manager at 7am. Me and my 50 year old disabled mother and our service dog had to SLEEP IN OUR CAR just to have the assistant general manager, Derrick that the numerous pictures I provided had to be investigated by his audit team and they only work on regular business days. Derrick was very uncaring and refused to even offer an apology. It was TERRIBLE customer service and not to mention a health hazard. I'm not exactly sure why he holds the title of "assistant general manager" if he can do nothing more than want front desk Rosa can do and if he has very poor customer service skills that make it very apparent he does not care about extended stays customers that keep their business running. Seems like a waste of management money to me but what do I know! Anywho, I most definitely will be filing a complaint! I'm also researching how to file a complaint in regards to the health hazard that can be caused by the nastiness of this hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Unsafe, Dirty, False Credit Card Charges AVOID THIS HOTEL I chose this Hotel because I found a good price online and the reviews on the HotelTonight app were 72%, while others nearby were in the 30% range. I checked in at 11 pm and walked into my room to find disgusting stains on the floor that looked like either burn marks or mold. I was tired so I just went to bed, only to be woken up at 1 am and heard a bunch of teenagers yelling in the hallway and holding a party across my room. I also started hearing teenagers yelling in the parking lot and messing around with cars. I went to check out the Yelp and Google reviews and read that other guests had their cars broken into and the hotel management was not helpful. I did not want to take the risk and checked out at 2 am. The front desk person said that I was checked out but said I needed to seek a refund from HotelTonight. Instead of getting a good night's rest, I had to drive back home overnight and sleep at a highway rest stop. I talked with HotelTonight a few days later and they said that the hotel claimed I stayed the night and checked out at 7 am! I am issuing a chargeback to get my refund. Terrible hotel with lying management. Unsafe. Just read the other reviews. I wish I had.

Don’t be deceived Leave before you get deceived, the manager Tony is not true to his word and neither is the web site pictures and information. The rooms had thrift store furniture that look donated and the stove top was like something in a third world country. No grab and go breakfast a total misrepresentation of the hotel. But I’m not surprised dealing with the hotel manager,no morals and character. Plus broken glass all over the parking lot and Dog feces everywhere.they should also tell people the hotel is being used by local residents who are displaced from their homes. I’m pretty sure the state has a better rate. I would never recommend this hotel.I warned you

Was fair, served our purposes We stayed here on 2 separate occasions in September and had no trouble like the other reviews. We did book through the Stay America website and they do put a hold of $100 on your credit card which was refunded about 10 days after we checked out. The room is a regular size hotel room with a kitchen in the entryway. The bed, climate control, and kitchen all worked satisfactorily. There are no hangers in the closet or luggage racks. One has to ask for kitchenware and the rooms are not cleaned for stayovers. We knew all this information in advance, having stayed at another Stay America in Western Pennsylvania. Our aim was to keep out of the breakfast room during the COVID era; this place enabled us to make our own breakfast and eat in the room. There is a desk and chair and one of the rooms had no easy chair. We could also eat leftovers from restaurants, as they all serve plenty of food. There is an indoor mask mandate here, and people obeyed it.

Refusing to provide refund and incorrect charge Extended Stay incorrectly charged me for one room night and is refusing to refund my money. On August 6 I booked a four night stay (8/11-8/15/2021) through the Orbitz travel app and paid in full. Orbitz did this as two separate reservations. I checked in as planned, but on August 13 I got a call from Extended Stay. The woman wanted to know why I had not checked out. I told her I had a reservation for four days. The woman said no, it was only for two. I said Orbitz booked it as two two-day reservations and I paid for four nights. After some searching, the woman came back and said yes, I see the second reservation and I am confirmed for four nights. What she failed to say is that she charged my credit card without my authorization for $222.12 for one night and did not process a refund, even though I had paid in full. I discovered this on August 17 when I checked my credit card transactions and saw the charge. I immediately called the hotel and spoke to Tony, the manager. I told him what happened and he agreed to refund the charge. I checked my credit card account every day for the next six days, but there was no refund. The fact is Tony never gave me a refund. I called again on August 23. This time I spoke to Christine. She told me she was going to speak with her district manager and I asked her to call me when this was done. She never called. Finally at 6pm, I called again. This time I spoke with Starr. She said the district manager had refunded my money. I asked her to have her district manager call me to confirm this was done. No one ever called. The next day (8/24) I checked my credit card account and the refund still was not there. On August 27 still no refund and filed a dispute with Capital One The fact is Extended Stay should have immediately refunded my money when they saw the valid Orbitz reservation, they charged my credit card without my authorization and they are refusing to give me a credit even though they have promised to do so on at least two occasions.
