LI Staycation Went for a 2 day 1 night trip out East. I live on Long Island. It was my 3rd year going. Went out to Harbes Family Farm and then checked in at Hyatt. Staff greeted me and I felt special. Everyone there was so polite. So I will be going again next year for my 4th year in a row. The room was clean felt very comfortable there. The pool is nice and they offer towels. They also give a discounted ticket voucher for the LI Aquarium. We went there the next day.

Highly recommend Very nice hotel. Modern & clean. Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the water. Staff was very helpful & accommodating. Very nice & professional. Would stay there again!!

Good Hotel - Terrible Customer Service I spent close to $1,000 for two nights at this hotel, which is already extremely expensive. When I asked the front desk if I could have a water, they told us we needed to purchase it. The hotel was fine, and breakfast was good. Customer service was poor.

Great choice Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and is included. A great hotel to stay when visiting wineries or celebrating a wedding like we did.

Such a Great Place From start to finish, great place to have as a homebase to explore the East end of Long Island. You have easy access to the North Fork, as well as the Hamptons. We were really impressed with the staff, esp McKenzie and Olga. The breakfast was yummy and bountiful. There are two pools, indoor and out door. The outdoor pool is sizeable and ok for laps.
