Excellent hotel, issues with city power and hotel did not care. Room was great, however there was a power outage in hotel this morning at no fault to hotel. However I couldn't use gym, tv , breakfast was dark, no TV for kid in the morning, and had to go up and down 4 floors with luggage. I asked the manager for any type of compensation for another night and was offered $30 off. As a Hilton honors member I felt like they didn't really care if I could not us the amenities at the hotel since it was not their problem (city power issue). While I appreciate them offering them $30 off a future stay it doesn't seem like they care about inconveniences if it is not their fault. All good, but will not stay here again.

Just ok This place is ok, did notice the toilet running all night and finally shut it off at the wall. Also, if you enjoy hearing the gardeners with their blowers running at 10:30 at night then this is your place!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Poor/staff not friendly, Doors problems,We change rooms 2times in that night with same door issues,The master key works but not the one that we have,Move to another room same door problems,Staff say System problem but Master keys work,Very unsafe,We slept use our luggage to block the door,staff not friendly,bathroom tub clogged.Outdated,They cut Tress infront of our windows at 7:30’s am,loud chainsaw!

What Else Can You Ask? My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was superb! The space was booked so that we could have a conference with people from throughout North America. The lodging and the conference space fit our needs perfectly. The fact that we were situated within walking distance of La Sierra University made it even more ideal.

Bad receptionist I honestly have no words for this place… the attitude of the employees is horrible, I only asked one question and her first response is “talk to my GM” horrible customer service… avoid this place and go next door, trust me
