Weed, Mosquitoes and poorly ran Establishment. STaff were friendly and helpful. The food choices were great. Room was dirty, bathroom floor was littered with trash and the sink countertop had little curly hairs surrounding it. The casino was scorching hot in some places, not sure what was up with the air? My wife and I were eaten alive by MOSQUITOES while on the casino floor. YEP...I said it...MOSQUITOES, thats a first for me. Ordered the 2nd most popular brand beer in the USA Michalob Ultra, they don't sevre it, so I said I will take a margarita....NOPE..."we ain't got no tequila"... I hope I don't have to take a drug test anytime soon because the WEED smoke was thick from hotel to casino floor. Smelled it everywhere. Most casinos have the same games so I doubt I will subject my wife and I to this place again.

Awful They changed where if you are under the age of 21 you can’t be on their property. My mom and my niece was gonna stay here for a night because we got a free room. But since my niece is under the age of 21 she couldn’t stay there. I feel like since that happened we should get a free room somewhere else.

An awesome time was had!! Just spent 3 nights at the Fitz Casino - what an awesome place. Sarah is our fabulous host and took great care of us. Variety of machines with many newer ones. The blackjack was the best, Andrew, Rod, Fab, Joe, Tony, Carmella, Dino and the best Pit Boss on that side of the Mississippi - Michael. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Saturday was crab legs night and I devoured so many. The buffet for that night was run very efficiently. The line was long but went quickly. The drink servers were great and friendly. In fact, everyone at the Fitz is friendly - a great example of Southern Hospitality!!! We have been coming here for 23 years now and the Fitz never disappoints We cannot wait to come back!!

Younger individuals NOT welcome!! Under 35? Do NOT come here! I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a casino. My brother (age 27) and I (age 30) were interrogated at the door after showing our license, as if we had fake ID’s. Within 30 minutes we were ID’d several more times. The tipping point was when it happened 4 additional times at a single black jack table when the dealers shuffled. I understand they want to keep underage individuals out, but they can do that without harassing younger people at their casino. Seriously felt like agism. Not EVER coming back.

Bull doze down Hotel should be closed down rooms were NO WAY what advertising on line, nor the same price. Just nasty. We bood room with hot tub, they do not have any rooms after remodel with one. Got xharged twice for room. PoopCasino made up for it, slots were hot. Several food selections. Is only reason got 3 stars. Would not stay here again. Nor recommend it.
