Other hotel options are close. Breakfast was inferior, perhaps worst ever experienced at a Hampton. Room was clean enough, and everything worked properly. Location is good, front staff average. Other options are nearby, and should be considered. Franchisee chargers $150 “incidentals fee”, still not sure what that is for, but it was refunded a few days after checkout.

No complaints Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was fine, clean, and quiet. No complaints. Relatively standard Hampton Inn. Close to the University of Rochester which was good for me since I was there for work. I would stay here again when back in Rochester.

Rude breakfast staff Worst breakfast staff ever. Breakfast was all out of food before 10am. As I tell my 6 year old grandkids that we will have to go out for breakfast both attendants made it there business to tell me that it was 9:40 and I should have come down earlier. Mind you much of the staff was visibly eating breakfast food in front of guests.

In town for a dance competition-so glad we stayed at this hotel! Great family place. First and foremost, all the staff here is wonderful - so friendly, efficient and accommodating! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Next, what stood out was the CLEANLINESS. The rooms and the common areas, including the pool area and linens, were so clean and neat. Couldn’t have asked for better. The room was very comfortable and the hallways were also clean. In the breakfast area, the tables were kept clean as guests kept coming in to eat. Breakfast was delicious and we had many item choices. They kept the food trays filled also. They really pay attention to detail at this hotel. I don’t understand the bad reviews here because that was not our experience at all. Quite the opposite. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in this area.

Complete maintenance disaster. First First 2 nights and I changed rooms 6 times. Room 1. Thermostat would only turn temp down not up. Blinds wouldn’t close. Room 2. Smoke detector beeped every 5 min. Room 3 Stink covered up by Fe breeze and window left open by maintenance staff to “air it out”. It was 40deg outside. Room 4 door wouldn’t open. Room 5 toilet leaked and flooded bathroom. Entire hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton Name. Staff was rather rude and unapologetic. Very poorly maintained. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns across the country but none like this one. If I could give it a negative score I would. If you’re looking to book here, just say no!
