Super nice staff, reliable hotel Good location, great parking, good comfy room on the 24th floor, super-nice dinner and breakfast restaurant staff. Just very helpful and kind people in general (check-in was a breeze). Can't ask for much more when all you want is a reliable, good stay away from home when you're traveling with younger children.

Go Hyatt One of the nicest places I have ever been in NY state, quality bar and food with good space for events. We stayed for 3 nights and we were even interested to pay more to stay some more nights, I believe Hyatt is a top notch five star hotel with very flexible and professional staff.

Disappointing Wedding weekend Very disappointed, was there for wedding, had two rooms, one tv didn’t work all weekend and was dismissed when I reported it. Second room wasn’t ready until 4:00 pm after requesting early check in. Reception started at 4:30! Would expect more after spending that much on a wedding.

A great choice for your Rochester visit! Incredible front desk team - friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Beautiful rooms and easy parking! Fantastic location for business or pleasure and their onsite AV team for meetings is fantastic - I would highly recommend this locations for meetings and events.

Weekend in Rochester Good location and friendly staff. Garage parking is reasonable priced and there is no entry/exit limit. Gave it mixed reviews because there were roaches in our room. They did switch us to another room but after seeing the roaches, don’t think I can go back. Also walls are super thin. You can hear the elevator and people above.
