two nights in King Farm Stayed there for two nights during our move out of MD. Decent location near I 270 and Rockville Pike, although somewhat hidden. It's a bit tired and in need of more than just a refreshing. After checking in we had to charge our devices, preferably by the bed. No luck. Actually hardly any outlets anywhere in the room. When I called down to ask where are the outlets, beside on the desk, the desk clerk said in the clock. Except no clock was in the room. Did the last guest just take it? So, the desk clerk was good enough to come up to check and she found no available outlets (except on the desk) and no clock or clock radio. Next a shower, but the water was scalding, even dangerous and hard to control. The room is large but needs work. Situated in a residential neighborhood, restaurants are nearby but not walking distance. It's a Sheraton, so no complimentary breakfast. Parking is free and available.

Disappointing Stayed here several years ago and wanted to try again. Great location, a little difficult to find. Just worn inside with very few visible employees. There were WiFi problems when we checked in but they were upfront about it and I didn’t have anything critical to do Friday evening so that was fine. Disappointed that there was noise all night from other guests and dogs. Bathroom is a little worn chipped glass doors for instance. On Saturday night and again early Sunday there was no one at front desk when we were coming and going which I thought was odd. And last while I know parking fees are common in the DC area I would think they could waive them on weekends or for bonvoy members. Or at least reduce them

A good, solid hotel in the DC Metro area. We had an enjoyable experience at the Sheraton in Rockville. The hotel is located right off of I-270 and is located in a nice area. It’s also quiet, which means quiet rooms as well with little to no outside noise. Our room had an older design, but the bedding was very comfortable. The room was decently sized and the bathroom was well stocked with liquid hand soaps and lotions. Unfortunately there was no bedside power outlets and USB ports for the phones and tablets. Having those would be nice to have. The Club lounge had a decent selection of food which we enjoyed. The location of this hotel makes it close to restaurants and other establishments. We found the location to be optimal for us given our activities and plans. Overall, this is a decent, solid option for those needing a comfortable place to stay in Montgomery County.

Poor Restaurant service.......waitress and waiters not good..... The room is fine, Its just the restaurant service is bad, We were at 1 table for 3 people, The server cant help us, it takes so long to serve our food, the condiments such as salt, pepper we have to get from another table, Ketchup for burger and fries never came, seems they dont want to serve us. We stayed and order couple of beers and seems the waitress is just hesitate to serve us but she is good entertaining other gentlemen at other table, Later came and apologize that she is alone, , but being said she should explain at first and treat us in good service. Name is Katea something....Poor service. We will never go or used this hotel....next time.

Decent stay except don't expect to use a Marriott gift card here Decent stay at a good location for our needs, next to the highway. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful in arranging connecting rooms for our family. Upper level lounge had sparse offerings but not surprising given the room rate. The area at least was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient. Only glitch was that the hotel front desk staff said that the hotel (despite being part of Marriott) doesn't accept Marriott gift cards. I'd never heard of that before and it seemed very odd. I wouldn't think it would be a fraud issue as I'm a Titanium elite member, and I received my expected benefits related the Marriott program during my stay. So be warned.
