Don’t stay here unless you want to get drunk and party Noise is ridiculous, when multiple people complained about a party on the first floor their response was they were sorry but they rented the ballroom to a company for their Christmas party. We can literally feel the bass in the Suite we rented and their attitude is sorry Christmas party is more important than guests comfort

Will avoid this hotel in the future As a Hilton Diamond member, this was by far my worst experience with the brand. As a Dallas local, I booked this hotel for a staycation to escape the city, but it was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I requested a quiet room but was placed in Room 230, next to the elevator and above the noisy lobby. Despite better rooms being available for sale, I received no upgrade or acknowledgment of my status. The noise was unbearable, with loud partying and what seemed like multiple events happening late into the night. When I left my charger in the room and asked the front desk for a replacement or loaner, I was told to visit the CVS next door. Later, I asked for an umbrella due to heavy rain, and the staff acted as if my request was unreasonable, saying they don’t provide umbrellas. At 10:30 p.m., I requested an extra towel, and the staff member, Robert, assured me it would be delivered. By midnight, it still hadn’t arrived, and despite following up, no towel was provided by the time I checked out at 11 a.m. the next day. I chose this hotel because of its glowing reviews, but my experience couldn’t have been further from what was promised. The staff were unhelpful, the service was poor, and the lack of basic amenities made for an uncomfortable stay. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat or attentive service, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This was a stay I truly regret.

Starbucks worker It’s a real nice place, the front desk was nice and respectful and the pool staff seemed attentive and on point. The best was the sweet girl named Madison working who was genuinely the most respectful and sweetest girl I’ve been served by at a Starbucks.

Amazing Lakeview Stay This is a beautiful resort hotel right on the lake and the staff were very friendly and accommodating with a slight exception. Upon arrival, I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday and ask if there were any complimentary offers. The desk staff said he would have a complimentary slice of cake delivered to our room. Sadly, I didn’t get the cake. One other observation was the fact that although our room was nice, it didn’t include a lounge chair or small sofa. The magnifying mirror in the restroom for applying makeup was a plus! The lobby fireplace was also a nice touch. Our overall stay was very nice and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

She felt like a celebrity on her birthday! On Aug 3-5th my wife and I celebrated her birthday at the Hilton Rockwall Resort. As Diamond members we are accustomed to the great Hilton customer service, but I must say this stay was OUTSTANDING! It all got started with a room upgrade to a suite that was so nice it had two separate bathrooms and an amazing glass walk-in shower! From the first contact email from Desk Manager Devinn Calloway to the outstanding individual care given to us from Manager Bobby Jones I must say this was our #1 favorite Hilton stay, so far! I recall my wife saying that “this must be what it’s like to be a celebrity!” If you are a beef eater, then order the rib eye with the espresso rub in the Heirloom Kitchen. One of the best steaks I have had in quite a while and well worth the price! Thank you, Bobby, and the whole team, for an amazing stay and making my wife feel like the superstar she is! I am sure you will see us in Rockwall again and you can be sure I will ask for Bobby Jones! - Dewey
