Just ok Check in took a while although we had a reservation. Lobby bathroom was dirty and smelly due to a clogged urinal. Room was clean and mostly satisfactory however, one mattress needs replacing, impossible to get restful sleep on that side. Breakfast was okay however chairs in that area were very very dirty. 50$ charge for one night with a small dog, next time we will book with best western which has a more reasonable fee.

Not expected from this hotel! This has been one of the worst Holiday Inns I have stayed in ever. I have had to clean the bed sheets, the floors are filthy, the shower floor is gross, dust build up on the vents and I couldn't even use the hot tub because it is so foggy and bugs and stuff were floating in it. I realize construction is going on and I appreciate the advanced look but I would rather have outdated counters that were clean. Attached are pictures from our stay minus the hot tub because I didn't have my phone. I didn't want to put a review out there because I don't believe this is the best practice of the hotel but no one answered my email, I just wanted someone to be aware. Thank you!

Not worth thr price! Where to begin? To start with, the heat fan was very noisy, the toilet leaked and every 45 minutes or so it would refill the tank and the sink drain did not stop the water from going out of the bowl when I was trying to shave, such a waste of water. The toilets are made to suit the little people of our world, not the 80+ year old, 6 foot high, 230 pounds and had both knees replaced. The toilets should be made to suit the average person and provide the little people a stool to get on and off. The walls are thin and people can be heard in the adjacent room and walking in the hallway. To add insult to injury, we paid $140.87 for the one night and was expected to pay for our breakfast, they do not offer a continental breakfast for free, like the "lower class" hotels/motels do. Thank goodness the Cracker Barrel was right next door, where for less money, we received an excellent breakfast. To me, our stay here was a waste of my money.

Nice hotel Half way Pgh to Pawley’s Island, SC. My husband and I stayed in Room 201 on Dec 26th, 2023. The room was clean, and comfortable. We had great water pressure in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. There were scrambled eggs, 2 different types of egg omelets to choose from, pancakes, toast, bagels, Hashbrowns 2 different types of sausage-links, patties. Cereal and Warm cinnamon rolls. The breakfast area was very clean and tidy. We checked in at 8:45 the night before, my husband said that the staff was very friendly. The hotel is right across the road from Applebees and Wendy’s. There are several other conveniences in close proximity, such as a Bojangles, Starbucks, Sheetz and Walmart. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again! It had everything I needed while traveling.

Think twice before booking here Booked a king bed, with sofa sleeper. Received 2 queen beds. Key cards had to be reactivated twice because the front desk set the wrong dates and times twice. Room was extremely warm even with AC set on 68 and run on high. Front desk help was cordial at best. No apologies or explanation for wrong room. No apologies for card reactivation. Room was not worth the price. It was very clean though.
