Wonderful 4 day stay! Spent 4 nights here in May while in town for a wedding. Was perhaps the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. Heard no housekeepers talking in the hall way or other guests being loud. Only noise we heard was Sunday morning when for some unknown reason they decided to mow the lawn bright and early. Plenty of food options nearby, most within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

How is This Place no. 1 on TA? Stayed here for the weekend, visiting a friend. Very glad I didn’t pay money for this place and only used points. It is old and in need of renovation. The room interior design is very dated. The wall heater was very loud. The shower head was rickety, and it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water each morning. The front desk call button on the room phone didn’t work. The hair dryer was so weak that it took 15 minutes to dry my hair. The side exit door wouldn’t recognize my card. Trying to find something positive to say…They have a stocked supply of toiletries if you forget something, the towels are thick and beds comfortable. Staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet has one healthy option: eggs. The hotel is not up to Hilton standards for this Diamond member.

Cancelled & not refunded We booked for a baseball tournament the weekend of May 19th and then our team decided not to go. I called to cancel (ahead of the last day to cancel without penalties) instead of logging into our account to cancel and thought everything was taken care of. We had used points to book and never received the credit back. Granted, I didn't follow up and didn't get a cancellation number. Contacted Hilton and initially they were helpful and escalated my issue. When I didn't hear back, I contacted again. Within a couple of days they responded that they had contacted the hotel and the hotel stated we had checked in. Which we didn't, no one from our team made the trip and they should have been able to see that there were multiple cancellations. But since I failed to notate the cancellation number after the phone call to the hotel to cancel...we lost our points. As Diamond members, our history of stays should speak something to our loyalty to Hilton. We've never had this issue before, completely frustrated and disappointed with the experience.

overnight near Crystal Bridges We came here to visit Crystal Bridges & wanted to stay at a Hilton property. I don't usually go to this brand but it was not too far from where we intended to go. Check in was fine. The room was fairly nice. I liked the fact that it had a mini kitchen. The breakfast was ok. They kept running out of things, but someone did replenish. A decent place to stay for a night.
