We come to Sonoma often and won't be staying here again. This is our 3rd stay here. We won't be back. The rooms are loud with outside noise and the ac sounds like a freight train. The bottom sheet on the bed doesn't stay on and there is no water pressure in the shower. The lady at the front desk is rude. It was busy because it was a holiday weekend and the breakfast area could not keep up with the amount of guests.

Typical Hampton Experience Solid Hampton hotel. No issues. Hot breakfast choice seemed a bit more limited than usual at a Hampton, but the number of cars in the parking lot led me to believe I was there on a slow day...so I'm pretty sure they dialed back. Convenient location, just off the 101 for easy trips to Santa Rosa and Petaluma, with Sebastapol close to the west. Afternoon cookies were welcomed!

A good rest after a long day of work I was very surprised by this little gem, staff members from reception to service are incredible helpful, good customer service all the way around, room very clean, shower is a waterfall!! (We don’t have those anymore) anyway, very nice place and no is not the Fairmont , but good enough to rest, and they have 5 charging stations for your electric car, I have a Prius prime and it was wonderful to charge it the night before going to work. . THE BAD : the carpets in this hotel needs to be cleaned out and update your sheets please!! . Thank you to your service staff for bringing clean, new sheets to my room, nice towels for room 325- the little things are the ones that makes a good stay.

Caring for us matters Rian and Aurora and the best! Rian's consistency with the way he presents himself on behalf of the business is critical to the growth of this company. He is pleasant and genuine with every guest. Aurora is helpful and understanding to the situation as it arises. They both live by the vision " Making you happy, makes us happy" Thank you to them for caring all the time not just of the time.

Very good experience would recommend this hotel to anyone that's in that area Jennifer was extremely helpful during check-in and check out. She explained everything completely and asked if there was any questions or anything that I needed to please reach out. The room was spectacular very clean very neatly taken care of your housekeepers do a very good job. Thank you for this day at Hampton Inn Suites in Rohnert Park.
