Roaches Roaches in room, staff didn't do anything our first night. She said to let someone know the next day. Had to wait to be moved until the second night! Also paid for upgraded suite so you would think it would be clean but even without roaches it was pretty dirty upon arrival. Stains on sheets, bathroom was dirty!

Roaches We had roaches in our room the first night in an upgraded suite with a pool balcony. The room was very dirty, stains on bedding. Smelt like smoke even though non smoking! When I told them about roaches the lady working said we would have to wait until the next day so we had to sleep with lights on. The second night we finally got moved. They did not offer any type of discount for our first night only reason we got a discount the second night is due to the fact that we had to be downgraded a room.

Extremely clean rooms. The room was extremely clean and pretty, as was the rest of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was impressive. The pool was not in service while we were there, but it a very pretty pool/spa. All the staff we encountered were polite and professional. The price for the room was a good value.

Excellent stay from beginning until leaving. My room was quiet with a very comfortable bed and pillows, overall an excellent room. Quiet despite having neighbors next to me. Loved the pool, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and good variety. Very friendly staff, was very welcoming.

Nice stay We booked this hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi but when we arrived there was a note on door that the jacuzzi was not in service. Ugh So had to upgrade to a room with one on our room because we wanted to relax would have been nice if they didn’t charge us since it was the whole reason we booked here.. but our room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable was very pleased with our room.. It’s near other hotels, places to eat and gas station and near interstate 44 Had a nice view of the pond.. Would stay again if in the area
