Pricey with good. breakfast and location The bad: Watched a guest leave crying because they overbooked and cancelled her reservation without telling them until arrival. Pool wasn't actually open (apparently only Baymont keeps theirs open in town). Prices are crazy high for the value of the stay. The staff are seldom at the front desk and when you can catch a clerk there, they aren't always helpful.Parking lot is too small to accommodate guests when they're booked up. Our room had food left in the microwave and a sock in our bed linens. The good: Holiday Inns breakfast NEVER dissapoints. Always a huge selection and hot and cold food selections for even the pickiest of eaters.The hotel is literally a block away from the highway so your super close, but don't hear the traffic! The lobby has refreshments for guests, if desired. Clean bathroom and elevator was greatly appreciated and all too often found lacking in Missouri hotels, for some reason.

Annual family Christmas gathering I stay here every year for my annual family Christmas gathering. This year was the best by far! The entire team was great! I arrived into town early and needed to check in prior than the normal check in time. Craig made it happen! I was able to finish out my work day remotely and arrive to my family gathering promptly. The room was perfect. It was neat, well kept, and the shower! Oh my that shower was the best I have used in a hotel. Thank you to Craig and the entire team for making my stay worth it. See you next year! Merry Christmas to you all!

Clean, comfortable, modern, close to highway I spent two nights here while visiting S&T. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The express check in for IHG frequent travel members made arrival easy. Distance wise this should be walkable to the university (less than 2 miles) but you’d have to cross a lot of busy traffic. It’s on a highway frontage road that isn’t super pedestrian friendly. Not being familiar with the area, I opted to drive even though the weather was nice. I hope the hot tub is repaired before my next visit! This hotel is a bit more expensive than others in the area but the hot tub was the deciding reason for choosing this hotel, so that was disappointing.

No Hot Shower No Breakfast We had no hot water for our shower. The front desk just said they had a team all shower at once. If that's the case why didn't the hot water come back after a period of time. All the breakfast was gone at 8am. We won't stay here again. Don't spend 140 bucks people it's not worth it.

Expensive It was parents weekend or football or something that raised the rates for this hotel. Definitely was NOT worth the higher cost. Room was clean and comfortable which is always important. Night clerk did thank us for being gold elite members. We did not partake in the free breakfast.
