Great for business travel with a child The hotel was lovely and easily accommodated traveling with an infant. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Very easily accessible to transportation and great restaurants were in walking distance. The food and beverages were very tasty. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Terrible Service for a 4-Star Hotel Terrible Service for a 4-Star Hotel My stay at this hotel from September 4 to 9 was ruined from the very beginning. One evening, I returned to my room to find the floor flooded, and my belongings soaked due to a leak from the ceiling. Instead of being able to rest, I had to wait for a new room, which turned out to be in poor condition as well. The next morning, when I approached the front desk, I was met with complete indifference and rudeness. Instead of an apology, the receptionist said, “So what? There’s water leaking. We gave you keys to another room. Don’t like it? Wait an hour for the manager.” Thanks, Fabio, for such “hospitality.” This attitude is absolutely unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. When the manager finally arrived, he apologized and offered us a bigger room for free, as well as complimentary aperitifs for the entire day. We accepted, trying not to let it ruin our vacation. However, during check-out, we were shocked to see charges for the cocktails, which we were told would be complimentary for the whole day. When I questioned this, I was told the offer only included one free drink, not all. This was a nasty surprise, especially since both the bar staff and the waiters had informed us the cocktails were free for the day. The manager rudely insisted that his offer was for only one drink. Eventually, he grudgingly instructed the staff to remove the charges, but that wasn’t the end. The bill also included charges for minibar items, which we hadn’t even touched! After more hassle, we had to wait again for the corrections. To top it off, we spoke with other guests from the U.S. in the elevator, and they were equally shocked by the staff’s behavior, sharing their own stories of rudeness and lack of professionalism. If you want to ruin your vacation, come to this hotel. First, your room will get flooded, then the staff will be rude, and while the manager may initially try to help, he will end up being rude as well and try to overcharge you. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Stay dates: September 4-9

Good, not great. This hotel, in my opinion, is not 4 star standard. However, don't let that put you off. A huge plus for this hotel is that it is literally just across the street from the Manzoni Metro stop so it's ideal as a base to explore Rome. The Coloseum is a 10 minute walk away and there are many amazing churches and other sights close to the hotel. The hotel itself may have 80+ rooms but it feels small. The reception area is tight. The bar area is souless. Our room was small with limited storage BUT: 1) The aircon was fine 2) The shower was very good, the water temp was very controllable 3) The room was very clean 4) Housekeeping was diligent 5) Working safe in the room 6) Our room (first floor) was quiet The staff we had any interaction with were fine. The hotel does have a ground floor outdoor bar area with comfortable seating, good shade and beautiful trees, all lit up tastefully. The bar is well stocked and the staff make very nice cocktails (the whiskey sours are God's own). You can also order food here. It's a beautiful space to relax in. I just feel that the hotel was overpriced, it felt cramped. That said we used it as a base more than a place to spend all day in. We were up early and returned late. In that sense, the hotel was ideal. I recommend this hotel, but if you like a little bit of luxury and intend to spend a lot of time in the hotel itself, maybe choose another option.

Nice stay at central location with attentive staff We were impressed by the hotel's exceptional communication, as they followed up with messages throughout the booking process, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The staff spoke English, which made communication smooth and easy. Contrary to some reviews we had read, we found the breakfast buffet to have a wide variety of options. The food was attractively presented, delicious, and seemed clean and safe. Breakfast was available from 7am to 10am. The hotel's central location allowed us to walk to all major attractions, including the Colosseum. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. The exceptional service, cleanliness, amenities, and central location made our visit to Rome truly enjoyable.
