Don't Stay for the Park n Ride This is the second time we have stayed here and the second time we have been left waiting for a pick up from the airport with endless excuses. Thank goodness for the other hotel shuttles that have saved us from waiting longer. I will never give them a shot again nor do I recommend anyone else. For those searching the Westin, Springhill Suites, Fairfield, and Holiday Inn all had regular shuttles going by and seem much more reliable than the shuttle that the Four Points offers.

Left us at he airport for 2 hours No matter who I was traveling with we have always made it a point to stay at this property the day before our flight and park there and use the shuttle for convenience. This past trip not only were the rates outrageous for this place (it's not that nice just convenient) but the restaurant hasn't been open in months nor the pool. How can you charge almost $200 with no amenities with a not so nice hotel?! craziness. The worst part? When arriving home from the airport the shuttle never came. We waited TWO HOURS to the point that other shuttles from other hotels were concerned after seeing us sit outside in the evening for son long. The four points shuttle never came a single time. When we called the people on the phone kept saying "15 minutes" but that never happened. Once we finally got back thanks to Uber and talked to the front desk they said "oh we don't have any shuttles running today" that would have been nice to know instead of the "15 minutes" how do you not have any shuttles running when that's the whole reason people stay here!!! You're an airport hotel. I never really write negative reviews for a hotel but man this was upsetting. Will never be back. There are plenty of other airport hotels that actually pick their guests up and for way cheaper!

Hate to write bad reviews but.... I'm really sorry to have to do this but staying there really wasn't a good experience. For starters, they had to downgrade us because the room we had reserved wasn't available. Didn't really feel like there was any effort to compensate for the inconvenience. That part would have been ok if the downgraded room they gave us would have been decent but unfortunately it was a great disappointment. Our room wasn't dirty but it was obvious it really hasn't been well maintained throughout the years. The bathroom sink strangely reached to my mid thighs, the room smelled of mold and the TV was ancient. I actually looked up the TV model and it was from 2006. Again, I really hate leaving a bad review but we are used to a very different standard when using the Marriott franchise.

Clean, quiet, stiff back from mattress Stranded due to weather. Very pleasant stay and close to the airport. Did find the mattress to be dated and felt it in the morning. Loved the staff and the proximity to the airport. If I were stuck in detroit again I would choose here. Workout room was quite clean and pleasant.

Wonderful service! My sisters and I stayed here as a Park, Sleep & Fly on September 22. I was so impressed with the check-in experience! The young lady at the desk was friendly, accommodating and just a pleasure! After check-in, we asked about a place to eat, as their restaurant is closed. She suggested we walk to a nearby restaurant and offered to send the shuttle driver for us if we didn't want to walk back after dark! That's caring for your customers. We didn't take her up on the offer, but were so impressed with her! She deserves kudos!
