Great service, people, etc. Very clean room, good service from housekeeping and front desk. Nice, good looking, professional people at front desk. Murray’s should stay open later though. Have more choices at breakfast. Some of us are older and don’t get the value of a buffet because we don’t eat as much. Thanks!!

Not good experience Sick could not get refund resturants all closed staff not very friendly! For price you pay service should be much better I would look elsewhere to stay! For staying there 7 times in last 6 months I would expect better! They even have to regulate how many words are in your review!

Nonexistent shuttle service This review is for the so called shuttle service which technically doesn’t exist. I arrived at terminal 5. Had to take the train to terminal 2, door 2C as that is the only place their shuttle service would pickup from the airport. I did wait around 40 minutes. No shuttle. On their website they have a link to track the shuttle live. No shuttle was shown on the website for the entire period. Do yourself a favor and pay extra and book the Hilton. It is walking distance…

3 of 5 stars It needs a serious renovation, out dated furniture but the beds are clean and comfortable, bad air condition. stinky smells. overpriced for what i experienced. perfect location next to the outlet mall and a lot of restaurants. very bad shuttle service.

Good location, staff, and facilities All the front desk staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. Room was clean and had adequate space; the appointments were elegant. I appreciated the Keurig, safe, and personal ref. Bed was perfect. The blanket could be thicker, though. Exercise room had decent machines and weights. I liked that there was a drinking water station on the floor, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working because the filter had to be replaced. Lots of food and drink options downstairs in the hotel itself and the surroundings.
