Great! Thank you to the staff and more specifically, Alex, for making me and my family's stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We definitely appreciate you and will return the next time we are in the Chicago area. I, for sure, will be returning very soon. J. Wolfe

Terrible experience at this hotel Pretty much start to finish our stay at the Rosemont Embassy Suites Hilton O'Hare was problematic. When I walked into our room the mini-frige was pulled out onto the floor and was open to defrost full of towels. The closet was full of dirty linens. Our room was clearly not ready for us but they said the hotel was sold out so I called the front desk to fix these issues and thought we were probably okay. That night in the shower the shampoo bottle on the wall was empty and there was no bathmat. There was no do not disturb sign. The hotel had told me I would have an adjoining room with my friend and had confirmed this via email. We did not get adjoining rooms. Our last night I requested linens for the hide-a-bed and it took almost an hour to get what we needed. The rooms are old and need updating and the hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable. I will never stay here again. The breakfast was pretty good but that is all I can say was positive about our stay. The manager was very nice and did comp us one night because of all of this but it took some doing.

Embassy Suites Rosemont Hotel Customer Service May Not Be Worth Your Hard Earned Money My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Hilton Rosemont the end of June to attend our child's graduation. The suite was divided into two living spaces, the bedroom had a king size bed. dresser drawers and tv, while the living room was furnished with a pull out sleeper couch, refrigerator, safe, table , coffee maker, microwave television, cabinet space, closet , iron etc. Would have been nice to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang things. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat is too low and some people may have problems with that. The exercise room was small and did not contain much equipment. One of the two exercise bikes was broken. They do provide a free breakfast buffet and evening cocktail hour. The omelets, meat , fruit and other items were good except for the hash browns which were cold and tasted as if they were old. It would be nice if non pork meat choices were offered such as turkey bacon and turkey sausage because I'm sure a considerable number guests do not eat pork for personal or religious reasons . The chefs were friendly but there is a language barrier. We had mild problem with him understanding what I wanted on the omelet. I asked if they had any meat that was not pork. He said no. Then I found chicken on the menu. I told him I wanted two omelets and he assumed I wanted two identical omeletts and began to prepare them as such. I did not have the energy to attempt to correct it. The concierge staff were average. Though friendly when checking you in they appeard to be in a hurry . They did not offer assistance unless prompted and did not smile. When passing in the staff did not greet you. In fact it took two hellos on our part for them to respond back with a greeting. I asked for a luggage cart upon arrival and was told that all were in use but they would let me know when one became available. After waiting for 20 minutes and looking for one I asked another conciergestaff if one was available. She said that there was one available . It was located behind the concierge area in a space I never would have seen. Not sure if it had been there all the time because the first concierge never went to check. Self parking is 36 dollars per night. The hotel is located near the Rosemont Theatre and other areas of interest. Is customer service important to you? If it is, though the room was clean and spacious and the buffet was adequate I do not feel the experience was worth the 200 plus dollars /night plus parking we paid for two nights and would not reccommend you stay there if you can find somewhere less expensive that offers the same amenities or a different hotel in the same price range with better service.

Good hotel to attend Stephens convention center The hotel is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle service. There is a total of eight floors in the hotel, floors 2 to 8 have rooms arranged a big central plaza. All rooms overlook the big central plaza. Breakfast included is served on the 2nd floor, as well as a happy hour in the evenings. The closer you are to the serving place at the 2nd floor the more likely you'll hear the activities taking place there. The rooms are spatious, mine had a living room with working desk, big TV and sofas, as well as fridge, microwave, and sink. There are no dishes or cutlery, so all this equipment is a bit useless: you cannot properly eat in the rooms. The sleeping room overlooks the exterior walls and streets: comfortable beds. The entry door has window panes, so the interior especially the first mentioned living room is quite noisy. Not a place if you seek peace and quietness. Breakfast (served 6:30 weekdays) highlights are the omelettes serve to choice: the rest is the classical hot buffet you find in all hotels. There is a restaurant, Slyce, at ground floor which is OK to help you out some night. Small fitness room and a swimming pool opened from 6AM onwards. Cleaning good, concierge personnel courteous but terse.

Family Reunion INCREDIBLE! We had a family reunion at this hotel and give it 5 Stars for sure. From the sales staff to on site staff they were professional, efficient , friendly and helpful. The sales staff could not have been easier to work with . Helped us plan and execute. They thought of things I would not have and made excellent suggestions. Mary Lou T. also was there on Sat to check in and make sure all was OK . Above and beyond! The on site staff was great. Super accommodating. Dan at the front desk, was exceptional. E.S. is very lucky to have him. What an amazing face to have at the front desk. Everything was how can I help, what can I do and all with grace and a smile. We almost invited him to our banquet! Quite an asset to be sure. Great first impression for E.S. Rosemont. The hotel is fabulous. Clean, welcoming, well appointed. Our rooms were HUGE. The breakfast buffet is great, well stocked and plentiful. The location of the atrium for breakfast and evening reception was very convenient to the rooms. The rooms were very quiet . I cannot say enough positive things. Would book again in an instant and without any hesitation. If you have an upcoming event , this is your place.
