Over priced dated hotel Booked two nights but due to cancelled flight could only stay for one. Hotel insisted I paid for both nights. Hotel is surprisingly dated considering how much it costs. Air conditioning gives off a musty and dusty smell, sound insulation between rooms and the nearby airport is poor. Airport transfer didn’t arrive for nearly an hour. Despite the high price you have to pay $3 for a bottle of water in the room, internet is poor unless you pay more. Booking included continental breakfast but when checking in I was told breakfast isn’t included. Plenty of hotels nearby so I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Enjoyed the stay, but $5 for a candy bar?! Stayed 3 nights for a conference near by. The staff was courteous and professional and the rooms were clean. The price was very reasonable and the bar downstairs was a nice place to relax. My only beef was the cost of the items at the sundries store. $5 for a candy bar! I understand the need to make money, but that is a bit greedy.

Good Hotel for Attending a Convention. Stayed for a three day weekend to attend a convention. Check in was easy and fast on the app and worked well for parking and room access. Private secure parking is a plus however it is very expensive at $37 per night. Parking garage is connected to the hotel by a series of sky bridges although entry into the hotel is awkward having to take a small elevator down to the first floor before taking another set of elevators up to the rooms. Room was well appointed but had two double beds. Not sure why hotels have double beds anymore because they are not large enough for two average sized adults. Hotel has three elevators although one of the three was occasionally broken during our stay. Starbucks in the lobby which was nice and could be charged to the room. However the Hilton Honors food and beverage credit was oddly applied to the final bill so members should pay attention to this upon check out. Also had an odd and unprofessional experience requesting a late check out. I was first told rather rudely that a late check out wasn't possible, then they checked my room number and status and then grudgingly offered a 2 PM checkout. I wasn't happy about it but accepted it as better than nothing. Marriott guarantees me a 2 PM checkout and I often have no issues getting a 4 PM checkout so Hilton is loosing out when honoring that benefit although Hilton does have a monopoly on hotels near the Rosemont Convention Center.

Safety a concern for females Not safe!!!!! As a traveler to many destinations this experience was a first. I awoke to the sound of a ramming sound on my door, not a knock with a hand. We quickly got up and assessed the situation we called the front desk for help. We told the front desk there was a man sitting outside the room. We used the peephole. They assured us that security would arrive. We waited and security arrived. The security guard addressed the man and then told the man the people in room 999 are complaining. I watched the man then turn and stare at my door. I watched the two leave and called the front desk. Why, would the security guard tell the man who complained. He apologized but said the man would be taken off property.

Pampered Chef Conference 2024 Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Connection bridge to the conference center extremely helpful and very appreciated. The bridge was very warm but I am not sure anything can be done about that; I would rather be warm than have to walk outside as the road is very busy. Bed very comfortable with lots of pillows.
