It's excellent _ I am from Bemus Point, NY and have traveled extensively throughout the USA . This hotel is an absolute gem. The people are super friendly. The food is second to none. The bathrooms are newly refurbished and are beautiful (see photos). The beds are king size with very comfortable mattress' and BIG comfy pillows. The whole place is opulent and clean. The area is fun to explore. I highly recommend this hotel and I'm a hard grader. I'll be back soon!

Beautiful Hotel I was there with my friends for a birthday party!!! It’s a beautiful hotel food was very delicious cooked according to our taste. Service was great !!! and very friendly and caring staff. I’m really touched with their great hospitality. Hotel is very neat and clean with very spacious rooms . I highly recommend this place.

Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner I used this hotel for my wedding hotel block and rehearsal dinner. I am so glad I used them because they were incredible to work with. I got a reasonable rate for my block. I dealt with Kelly and she was just amazing. Kelly and all the other staff were committed to making sure everything was what we wanted. The food is very good here. I had the best suite for the morning of my wedding. It was large enough for all my bridesmaids and me to get ready in and for photos to be taken. I slept there the night before and then with my husband after the wedding. We got chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals, and champagne. I highly recommend this hotel for a block and rehearsal dinner, or for a regular stay.

Great staff and very helpful Great staff and super helpful!! I had a trip with work planned that canceled at the last second and they were very helpful with this change. The general manager got back to me quickly and was very nice. Thanks again!! I will definitely consider this hotel when I travel again. 10/10 recommend!

Family gatherings Best Hotel in Roslyn NY. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel. Front desk was very nice and cordial . Rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. Restaurant in Hotel is very good food. Location is very good . You can walk to all nice shops and restaurants.
