Terrible When I went to check in, the front desk person was in the office and non-responsive. They would not honor the rate that they had partner with the hospital. Unfolded the bath towel to find a set of used fake eyelashes! I let the front desk know but they did not acknowledge. The response was have good day. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great value for a little getaway! Everything was clean and very comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast has a lot of options and generous hours. It was an excellent value for the price I paid--lots of amenities such as free coffee, comfy bed with lots of pillows, whirlpool tub, and an electric fireplace. The pool area looked very nice as well. The only negative was that the walls were a bit thin, so we heard some noise, especially from people walking above, and a couple of passing trains/the nearby freeway. However we would definitely consider staying again if in the area--just bring ear plugs and/or a white noise machine. :-)

Nice hotel Nice hotel. The room was nice and clean. The beds are very firm (like sleeping on a concrete slab) and the pillows are very soft. Needless to say, it didn't make for a very good sleep for me. The continental breakfast was fine. It had eggs, sausage and make your own waffles, along with the standard toast, cereal, etc. My only complaint is if you want the rate listed on their website, book the room ahead of time. I didn't and they wouldn't honor the website price, so I had to pay more. If it wasn't for the bed being so hard, I would stay again.

Give this place a try it is a nice place We got there around 9 on Friday to stay till Sunday fora family wedding. Check in went fast with no problems. The room was large and clean. There is a frig and a microwave. The bed was firm but nice. We went to the pool and hot tub which was clean and nice the only thing the water feature was not running which is no big deal. We were gone most of the day Saturday but when we got back we used the pool again. We missed the free breakfast Saturday morning but ate Sunday morning and it was ok for a hotel free breakfast good but nothing special. I did see some people taking pictures of a few things like the sidewalk and a few other things which were not bad to compline about. So please read the bad reviews with a gain of salt because these people wouldn't be happy anywhere! We stay in a lot hotels around the states every year and we have stayed in better and worse hotels and we will stay here again if we are in Rothchild area

We'll be back! You will not regret staying here. Location was perfect for easy walking distance to the expo center where our event was. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had to add another occupant to the room last minute and it took all of 2 minutes without hassle. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy! We asked for extra blankets via the phone and within 5 minutes they had delivered them to our door. I was worried about breakfast, but that was pointless and a waste of time. The free breakfast was delicious! They had all the normal breakfast items (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, juice, yogurts, fruits, bagels, and cereal), but it was all made well! We stayed for 1 night with three occupants in the king deluxe room with a pull out bed for $125. We all slept well and woke up to smells of coffee and we're able to fill our bellies with good food quickly. Can't beat that, especially for the price. I will definitely be booking here again when I'm in town!
