Bad service They have a policy where they can check you in as late as they want you but charge you extra for late check which they said they would take care of. Overall bad service around the hotel and in the restaurant as well

Filthy dirty! We have come here before and it was fine. We have had a house in Ruidoso for 4 years so we did not stay in a hotel. Today there is literally dirt on the hallways and doors. In our room there are children’s hand prints on the mirror and we are in our 60’s so they are not ours. The room smells like cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. The wash rag in our bathroom has dark stains or perhaps dirt on it. The floor looks like it has been swept but only into the corners. I want to leave but my husband is a real cheapskate and won’t because he says we payed $150 a night. Please listen to this review and DONT make the same mistake we did!

One of the worst hotels The beds were full of bed bugs, the sheets looked as if they were fixed without washing them, and we had a lousy itch all night. The bathroom stopped working after midnight. For the continental breakfast, the cranberry juice and orange juice were diluted with extra water, and we threw them away. The hot water wasn't hot at all, I had to throw my cup of tea away. The tables were dirty, and finally, the customer service guy was rude when we were leaving. We were charged $189 for one night.

Owner not concerned with safety or hospitality The owner of the hotel is not concerned with safety. We were awakened at 12:30 AM to the mirror crashing onto the floor in front of the sink. There were hundreds of glass sharps covering the entrance. I quickly put on shoes and began picking glass shards and gathering a towel to retrieve slivers against the wall. I called the front desk to which I was told, "Can't this wait until the Morning! NO " You need to just drag the mirror into the hall!" No... come up and help! I opened the door and held it open wide as he retrieved the mirror and left. He was not concerned if we were hurt and offered no kind words of concern, nor did he choose to move us to another room. Upon talking to the owner, I was told that I needed to pay for the mirror. He would not compensate us for the trauma or the lost night of sleep! Strongly consider safety and the lack of hospitality when staying at this hotel!

Good Stay! This is an older motel/hotel. There needs to be some general upkeep done, but overall it was very good. It was very clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The tv was small for the room size. Breakfast was very nice, hot options, eggs, sausage, etc. people were very nice. Just an older property, but nice and clean!!!
