What a dump! This place was flithy! Upon check in to our room, our shoes stuck to the floor, the furniture was stained and in disrepair, and the shower was gross. We were afraid to sleep in the bed. After the first night, they did change our room. However, it was not much better. We pre-paid for a week but left after three nights. There never seemed to be a manager around. Until they do major updating to the rooms, DO NOT STAY HERE!

How in the hell does this place have 4 stars??? This place was gross! Everything from the carpet to the furniture was disgusting and stained. The beach was not groomed or inviting and was obviously neglected. The pictures in the website are nothing like it is now. Please do not spend your money on this crap hole!

Horrendous!!! Unkept. Literally falling apart. Trash and filth everywhere. Pics on website are a LIE! Our vacation was ruined the moment we are arrived. Dirty walls, floors, broken furniture, FILTHY upholstery. We could not find a place to stay right away, to leave this place, so we had to endure 3 nights here. We asked for a better room. 2nd room had beside tables and it didn’t smell like mildew. Otherwise, still gross. I had to wash everything myself and cover upholstered chairs and benches with towels and extra sheets. Even after scrubbing the condo down with hot soapy water I was still uneasy. The filth made me want to vomit. The entire resort is broken down, neglected, and shabby. Missing handles on doors, and key card locks that are broken. I felt unsafe. The beach is not groomed like the photos. It was covered in debris and trash. The tiki bar was never manned (and of course falling apart like everything here) the big pool was HOT and the weather was 90. It was nasty. There is trash everywhere, in the flower pots, in the marina, across the beach. The on-site Sunset Restaurant was 2 stars at best. I’ll be fighting for our $ back. It was completely stressful. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the descriptions and photos on their website. Do not be robbed by this place.

Very good I enjoy the stay at this establishment. The hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful view. The activities on the resort are plentiful and enjoyable. The cool breeze poolside give the right breathe a fresh air during a hot evening.

Run away, dont waste your money We lasted an hour in our room. Walking in, we were hit with a terrible mildew / mold smell. Like the room had been closed for the last year during the pandemic. They need to get dehumidifiers in and air dryers (like after a flood). And then wash all the bedding, towels, clean the couches and carpet. Immediate respiratory issues, like sinus congestion and headache started up. Tried calling front desk for 20 mins to ask for another room, no answer because they were understaffed in office. ( had already waited in line for elevator to get to check in, then for check in and I was not walking back into that to wait). So I took a lost on the $700 and we left at 11pm and drove to another resort to stay. Thought about opening the balcony door to get fresh air but NO, we are immediately above the open parking garage and my car was 12' away. The exhaust smell was too strong and people were yelling and arguing in the parking garage/lot. Was so disappointed with this experience.
