No so great The room reeked of a previous smoker and was very damp and musty smelling. The pool was broken. They offered us vouchers for the public pool but that wasn't very appealing to go to a public pool in Rutland City. Not a great experience. The first front dest person was friendly and great. When I went back to report the smoky room the front desk person seemed bothered and offered to change our room but it was going to be a big deal so we dealt with it.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay Another excellent stay at Best Western-Killington ! Third time at this location. Short story. We arrived at check in and were promptly greeted by Jessica and staff. Got our room key cards and were off to the room. Arrived at the room to find it had unfortunately not been done over by housekeepers. Minor glitch. Went back to the check in desk and Jessica and staff re-worked everything to change rooms. We were upgraded to a Suite room in another building. Unbelievable service. The room has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in. There is nothing wrong with the “normal” rooms at all, but the “Sweet” rooms are awesome! Definitely been spoiled by this. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We definitely will be back again.

Comfy place to stay for a wedding Great stay! Clean rooms, comfy beds and service was really helpful coming in as we had a wedding and needed an earlier check in. Shout out to Stella who coordinated with ease! We had a wedding at the mountaintop resort and the couple had a shuttle going to and from the hotel! It was such a great evening and the hotel was awesome and so affordable!

Not happy at all. I paid too much for a room we hated The room was not what I thought I booked online and when I called to the front to see about being moved to the second floor I was told that I had to cancel and leave. I have 2 small children and the cops were out front of our room dealing with something and I just wanted to be up a floor. They would not move us even though I had booked a 2nd floor room and didn't get it. They man and young lady working that night, Saturday night were not willing to work anything around for us and it wasn't even the normal checking in time it was earlier because I paid for early check in.

Excellent Value, Relaxing and Comfortable Stay I've been here at least a half a dozen times and my experience has always been very satisfactory. The staff is porfessional and pleasant and goes out of their way to resolve what few problems have come up, sometimes due to my mixups. The free breakfast is excellent, far better than others at comparable hotels, with a wide variety of fresh and packaged options, including hot eggs and breakfast meats. Grounds are spacious and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, some are dated in decor and furniture, but clean and functional.
