Dirty rooms! We arrived late to check in and the man at the front counter was rude like he didn't want to be there at his job. When we went to our room the couches were stained and filthy. The sink in the restroom has hairs in it like the house keepers didn't clean it. The tub was dirty and the walls of the shower still had soap or shampoo on them. I could tell they weren't cleaned. Then we go into the room-WOW! The carpet in there was BLACK with stains. The towels in the bathroom also had black stains. The towels in the bathroom were also hard to the touch. No soft at all. I paid an arm and a leg for ONE NIGHT, I would expect the Embassy "Suites" to be more clean than this!!! Embassy Suites does not live up to it's name!!! Also, when we were leaving a house keeper hard her cart in the middle of hall as we exited our room and I asked her politely if she can move it aside so I can go by and she only moved it a little bit and looked at me like "there!" I had to squeeze my suite case by cause she didn't give me much room. Come on Embassy Suites, do better!!!

Very nice hotel next to old town Very modern room with 2 new TV’s, a river view, bar fridge, microwave, sofa bed and new bathroom. It’s a very well designed hotel with a huge interior courtyard. The pool, spa and gym are adequate as is the complimentary breakfast. Free drinks and nibbles from 5.30 - 7pm every day is also a nice touch.

Perfect for families When I arrived, saw that valet was closed I was discouraged because I was with my 5-year-old and it was late, didn't want to have to cross the street with her. Charlie overheard my conversation with the front desk agent and shared that there was space for my car. The room was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed, my 5 year old was able to watch her cartoons in the living room while I was watched a movie. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful I ordered an omelet my daughter ended the French toast

Brian from Boise. The rooms and lobby amenities were excellent. The Staff, especially my new BFF Jenn at the front desk were wonderful and greeted my party and I each night when we returned. It was like having a family member welcome you home each night. Well done.

THERE IS A TRAIN THAT RUNS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BUILDING THERE IS A TRAIN THAT RUNS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. We stayed on the 6th floor and it is absolutely audible ... enough to wake you up. Nobody tells you this. Further, there is only valet parking at $36 per night. Nobody tells you this. The rooms are average ... nothing special.
