Yuck Yuck Had to change rooms twice first room had suspicious, looking stains on the carpet and the curtains were dirty. Second room had another strange thing. On the carpet so we stayed in the room glad it was only one night, but I’ll never stay there again to me below what I would think a Hilton hotel would be Would not recommend this hotel to anybody

Would not recommend Booked this hotel (first mistake) through Expedia (second mistake) and inadvertently ended up with a non-refundable room. Unfortunately, my wife was called for jury duty and we needed to move our dates up a day. The hotel had the option to refund our stay but elected to keep the entire amount. Would not recommend using this hotel, nor Expedia.

Check the bathroom Once we checked in to our room we needed to use the rest room. The toilet had urine all over the seat so it was very apparent that the room was not cleaned. How ever we were given another room at our request. The pool area was filled with kids running around and parents not really supervising.

WARNING! We stayed at the Hilton Arden West in Sacramento the nights of 5/16-5/18 On 5/18 between 1am, when we last saw our van and trailer, and 9am when we were leaving the hotel, we noticed our van AND trailer were stolen. We notified the front desk who were not helpful and only told us to file a police report and that they would make an incident report. They also asked us if we had seen their sign stating they are not responsible for theft and damage. The attitudes were very lax, no concern or compassion at all. No one mentioned any next steps. We weren’t offered any shuttle service nor a rental car. We asked to speak to a supervisor. Front desk said he would be in at noon, we went back to the desk at noon and was told oops he’s not coming in until 2pm. We had to leave as we were working an event. He was supposed to call us. He did not. We finally spoke to him and he could not answer nor help us much further so we asked to speak to the General Manager. The GM was not available on the weekend so we stayed another night, 5/19, because we were told the GM would be in Monday morning. Monday morning comes and the GM did not show, called out sick. There has been no compensation only a “it’s not our fault nor responsibility” attitude. The fact that key card access was required for parking and parking was an extra charge $11/night gave us a sense of security. However, the gates for the parking lot were open 24 hrs. Key card not necessary. While they do have cameras, the quality is either not good or they simply haven’t worked in weeks per their chief operations person. They also have a 3rd party security company however anytime I saw the guard which was 2 times, they were sitting inside the lobby or outside staring down at their phone. We had a Ford E350 Super Duty Diesel cargo van with a brand new 16’ enclosed trailer attached just driven right out of the parking lot and no one saw a thing?!? The Hilton’s Insurance should’ve contacted us Monday 5/20. We did not hear from them until 5/22 afternoon. Very slow response time. We have only been compensated for the last night we stayed there, 5/19. First only 50% then after more talking with the supervisor we got 100%. No compensation for Th-Sat nights. We were forced to rent a vehicle to get back home. Which was an out of pocket added expense of around $600 since we were traveling from hours away. We have always felt Hilton is a respectable brand with great properties in so many different places, but we will in no way be staying at another Hilton property if this is how they treat their paying guests. We were made to feel completely unsafe, and violated. They made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them trying to find a solution to our stolen vehicle. You’ve been warned!

Great service and Hilton quality! Went for a quick solo stay for a last minute legal preceding. I arrived late around 9pm. I was greeted warmly, check-in was a breeze with the Hilton app, and the digital key is fantastic. Room has all the necessities and as a Hilton gold member I had waters waiting for me. Room service was delicious and check-out was just as seamless as coming in. My room was spotless and I won’t hesitate to stay here again next time I am in the area.
