Stayed at better Hyatts Wouldn’t stay at this location again, the bed comforter was covered by sheets and not a duvet, exposing a thin and stained comforter. Bathroom did not smell clean, smelled like lingering vomit. Breakfast at the Vines was good and good service.

Convenient The location is very convenient to the convention center and local restaurants, activities, and nightlife. The service is good and the staff are very responsive when contacted. The parking is also well-maintained either valet and security staff.

Lovely Visit The room was comfortable and quiet. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and I called the front desk. I had what I needed in 5 minutes! I was shocked at the speed and I really appreciated their service. I would definitely stay again. It is centrally located and near many bars and restaurants. I came for a very sad thing and ended up feeling really pampered and grateful for the overall experience.

Average Hotel In Sacramento The Hyatt Regency is in a nice location. I stayed in a corner room, on the 9th floor, but the street noise was easily heart. And, the room ceiling needs some painting and small repairs. I had room service and they are serving it as though we are still in the pandemic. I tried to order room service twice by phone but only received voice mail. The point is/was that the Hotel wants you to use their mobile app. I do not believe this is the best approach in bringing, personal excellent service.

This hotel needs some TLC and a tech overhaul The toilet was not clean, the paint on the ceiling was peeling, and the overall condition of the room was not great. The smart TV was too smart for me, even though I consider myself tech savvy, so I couldn't get it to work. Same thing with the thermostat, the room was too warm. The shower head was very old and many of the holes blocked with calcium/mineral deposits. The towel bar was very loose and there were no grab bars to get into the shower/tub. There were no plugs near the table to charge my computer while I worked. The dinner at the bar was mediocre, salad was unimpressive and the chicken was beyond dry.
