Super nice!!! Clean, recently decorated, spacious… Breakfast is excellent. Freshly cut fruit, sausage, eggs, hash browns potatoes. Oatmeal, bacon…..Felt safe!!! Great location..Many dining options that you can walk to and don’t disappoint…. Shopping nearby as well.

PET Deposit for Service Animal… WTH Not SERVICE ANIMAL friendly, clerk argued with me about my service animal and the clerk said I had to pay a pet deposit. This hotel charges 200 on hold for 7 days , is it a hotel or an Apartment lease?

Great customer service Myself and my Wife were due to stay at the end of November and we had a change in itinerary. I requested a refund which they didn’t have to honour and they agreed to the refund. If I am ever to go through Sacramento I most certainly will be booking to stay here.

A real bargain I can not believe that this is a two star hotel. Should be at least three stars. Outstanding value for the money. Great staff and a pool. Breakfast is much better then average, and you can make your own waffle.

Could not even answer the phones No one could answer the phone it just rang and rang then it hung up. Not a good way to do business…. The problem I have with some mom and pop motels is that they have no concept of how to do business. I hope they do better in the future but most likely current management will need to be replaced
