Too bad it is closing This is such a beautiful property but I believe they now need to lower the rate for what they are providing. The rooms are tired. Our toilet leaked water onto the floor, the personal safe was locked and the sleep number bed did not work and was almost flat on one side. There were no books in the room telling you about where everything is. I called the front desk to find out if there was a restaurant in the hotel. The desk clerk reported that the restaurant is next to the bar. Well, the bar is the restaurant and there were about 8 items on the menu. It's sad as I generally enjoy red lion hotels.

Scheduled To Be Closed Down Yes stayed at this Red Lion before! Was hoping try in future! Now reading that this hotel will be closed down! Something they not taking any future reservations! Their last day will be December (whatever date) of 2016! I do remember swimming pool! People complain rooms dirty! I only had the eight or so hours here! Near swimming pool are alive geese, that fun to see! Not sure what will happen with the employees! Sad is to be scheduled to close down!

Amazing helpful staff This place was a beautiful, hacienda style retreat. Very comfortable beds and great bathroom with high quality shampoos/soaps- a real bonus considering we were flying the next day. The cherry on top is the staff, especially the bar tender Julie, who went above and beyond to help us with our travel. She mixes some mean, inventive cocktails too!

Very run down Unless you want to overpay and be treated with indifference, avoid this place. I reserved a king bed and lake view(also paid extra for the lake view), and received two twin beds and no lake view. Even after calling ahead on check in day, they screwed up the reservation. Upon getting into my room after walking two blocks to my room and the keys didn't work the first time, the room was very run down and smelled. The room keys didn't work correctly the entire four days and the maintenance guy told me the reader was tired. I was with a group and we had 12 rooms and everyone complained about their rooms. Repeated inquiries and complaints to the front desk were simply shunned and never addressed. The only redeeming thing of the entire stay was the lakeside bar and grill, which had the best staff. Front desk zero and maintenance zero lakeside bar five stars
