Simple property Close to Airport and Town Nice simple hotel. Hotel bar is a blast and other guests friendly. Beach is nice and plenty of activities available. NOT super fancy or high end. However it is clean, food is excellent and staff are great. This is a much better value than some of the "name" resorts on the island.

Need to improve I paid extra for complimentary non-motorized kayak and paddleboard rentals, but I never received them. I had to ask at the front desk, and unfortunately, the staff member responsible for providing these services was unavailable. I also attempted to request a late check-out at 9:05 AM, but the receptionist informed me that I needed to request it before 9:00 AM. While the first receptionist was amazing, the one on Sunday was not friendly at all. Additionally, the hotel did not provide conditioner, and although the receptionist claimed the shampoo was 2-in-1, the label only said "shampoo." The pina colada didn’t taste like a traditional one, and the food was subpar. I ended up going outside the hotel to find better dining options. Despite the hotel's great beach and nice views, there is significant room for improvement in customer service and overall guest experience. This was my first visit to St. Thomas, and based on this experience, it will be my last.

Weekend Getaway It's a great weekend getaway to enjoy the beach. There's no club at the resort. The food is really good. Airport is in walking distance to the resort. Overall, I had a good weekend.

Don't believe the negative reviews! It's a 5! We were worried about the negative reviews, but can positively say our stay was absolutely wonderful. Front desk people were uniformly cheerful and helpful. Caribbean Fusion operated on "island time", but the food was good, plentiful, and always served in a reasonable amount of time. One breakfast morning we saw a very loud, very profane, and very insulting person on the beach who was not a guest. Shortly after we saw the General Manager confronting this unpleasant person, followed by a significant police presence, and then we no longer saw the offender. We saw the GM on the grounds several times, and he stays on top of things! The beach was always clean and never crowded, even on the day 3 cruise ships were in port. The pool was an absolute delight, and a day in the Caribbean sun makes it pleasantly warm for a late afternoon and early evening swim. I can only speak for my family, but for us the showers worked, the AC was fine, the room was clean, and the bugs must have had the same fate as the "offender", for they were not present. Given the location which cannot be beat, Emerald Beach Resort is a 5!

Delvin’s The repairs (work noise) was some what disturbing, and location of my room #2201 to the restaurant was a little challenging at times !
