Good stay but . . . . Professional and friendly welcome at Reception. Room clean, everything worked as it should. Good internet. Adequate breakfast. Mattress truly awful - sagged in the middle leading to a very poor nights sleep. Mentioned this to Reception in the morning and it was agreed to a reduced room rate so handled professionally and with courtesy. Notwithstanding the mattress issue we would stay here again when next in the area.

Met minimum requirements. Adequate for a weekend stay. Breakfast was a disappointment. Floors through much of the facility were sticky or dirty. The bathroom was OK, Bed was OK but the bed covers need to be renewed (washed too many times). Road noise. Recommended for a value stay only.

Not pleased I had a roach on my bed when I got up from sleeping. I was very disgusted. I’ve been to many hotels and had not experienced bugs in my room. The clerk would not allow me to cancel for the day.Maybe it came from the outlet that wasn’t covered.

Good location mediocre accommodations Dirty room, mediocre breakfast, staff ok however manager only available by phone as well as insanely non customer friendly. The location is convenient however too pricey for accommodations. Staff will claim a do not disturb sign is/was on the door so room isn’t cleaned. Management will back staff rather than accommodate customer…..not worth the money charged for such non compliance

horrible I booked a suite for my daughters graduation, I have stayed there several times before visiting my daughter in college and the room usually cost under $ 90. i got a suite at $334 ! and was told it was 2 bedrooms. It was 2 dbl beds with a couch in the entrance way. the room was dirty, there were skittles on the floor, it was gross. the man at the desk had dirty, wrinkled clothes and dirt under every finger nail. I would never stay there again!! horrible customer service on so many levels
