Most dishonest rude hotel in the valley We booked for our anniversary and needed to change rooms due to an error on our side. The hotel lies to us and said they were booked solid. After we checked the website and saw there were rooms available, we called back and the employee raised her voice and continued to lie about room availability. I later found out they cancelled our room while I was having the Logan location move us to a different room. This morning, I called to find out why the room was cancelled only to find out that the new reservation was also cancelled. Julie, the manager and owner, told me over and over that my boyfriend cancelled the rooms. As I informed her that no, he did not cancel the room, she got louder with me and said again that “he cancelled the rooms”. I let her know that I heard the entire conversation with her made up employee (Julie has a squeaky whiny voice that is very high pitched and her obvious tone of contempt cannot be mistaken for anyone else) and had in fact recorded the conversation between them and I wanted a reason for the cancellations in writing. She then got very angry and began yelling over me that my boyfriend was aggressive and they have the right to refuse service to anyone they choose to. So now she has lied to both of us multiple times, cancelled two rooms and is yelling at me just like she had with my boyfriend. I asked her for a written document as to why she cancelled our reservations and she says in the most ignorant tone ever “why? I can cancel anyone if I feel they are being aggressive and you ma’am are being aggressive so we don’t have rooms for YOU at all.” Then informs me that we are not welcome there at all.
So, I imagine the wretched owner of Anniversary Hell is going to try to keep almost $400 of our money because she was caught lying to unsuspecting customers who just wanted to celebrate their one year anniversary in her overpriced kitschy motel dreadful… I mean hotel.
Beware of this owner and her ease of lying to customers and oh so aggressive mouth as she screams at you through the phone with a blatant refusal to hear you out.
Asking for her to not lie about your boyfriend canceling reservations is apparently more than she can handle without losing her temper and verbally assaulting you on the phone.
I wish I were actually angered by this situation but it was ridiculous hearing her already assaulting voice go upward an inhuman decibel or ten as her nasal flaring worsened and she about broke our china through the phone screaming that we are horrible people. It’s disgustingly funny how out of control her ability to maintain professionalism is. I cannot imagine with an arsenal of lies aimed toward the celebratory spirit of the potential guests of her rundown establishment that there is even a second of joy to be had in Julie’s presence. How dare we expect integrity and honesty with decent business practice from such an offense human being. Save your money, you can be screamed at by vagrants at your local motel 6 for free…. And the rooms aren't too shabby either!

Just a croissant and coffee (missing half our breakfast both days) and car break ins The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, fun and certainly unique, and we were quickly accommodated and moved when a toilet was leaking in our first room. However, the breakfasts were very minimal and we didn’t receive half of our order either day despite calling and asking numerous times and then had to ask to remove the additional food charge several times for the never received food (we seriously only received a croissant and a cup of coffee.) Our car was broken in to at 1am on the first night in the garage that is locked and caged at 10pm and has no other car or pedestrian access after that time. We got conflicting stories on whether or not there were cameras (never received footage) and they said by explanation that it happens frequently. It was fun once but we won’t be returning,

Absolutely amazing. My wife and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary here at the anniversary inn this month, and went with the Egypt themed room as a nod back to our honeymoon spent at the Luxor in Las Vegas Nevada.
Between the two hotels, the Anniversary Inn far exceeds the Luxor.
The decor was fantastic, the service was amazing, the small amenities such as chilled sparkling apple cider, breakfast included and brought right to your door at the time slot you request, and add on amenities such as the movie snack pack, made for a night of relaxation and movie watching (Raiders of the Lost Ark) absolutely fantastic and memorable.
My initial impression from the website was that because each room was individually themed, this would have a bit of a chintzy or cheap feel to it in an effort to simply create a themed impression for each individual room at both locations. I could not have been more wrong.
The bedding, the wall Decor, the steps, and the small features like the cobra faucet in the shower, the large statues, and intricate hieroglyphic details really brought the theme and a sense of adventure to life.
The privacy was fantastic and the staff makes every effort to accommodate requests and ensure guests are treated well and left alone.
I really can not say enough good things about our expand will most assuredly be going back again soon.

Terrible Customer service My husband called Anniversary inn to ask if we could have an extension on a certificate we bought last December to support a food donations to help feed the hungry. The certificate expires in Dec 2020. We have not been able to travel or stay in hotels this year due to covid and my husband being over 65 and high risk. We have stayed in Anniversary Inn annually over a weekend that also had a Utah football game on the calendar that we could attend. They told my husband NO they would not extend it and then when he asked to speak to the manager - the gal said she was the manager, then he asked to speak to the owner and she also said she was the owner. We don’t know if that was all true - but they hung on him and he was very kind on the phone explaining these are covid times. We will not stay there again!!!

Ruined my daughters 1st anniversary My daughter and son in-law made reservations for their anniversary. They had a confirmations code and drove up to Salt Lake. When they got there to check in they told them they were on reservation at their other location. So they drove down the street to the second location. The employees were sketchy and she said it felt like a haunted mansion. They also told them that they were booked at the other place they had already been too. And that they just booked up for the night. So they went back again to the first hotel and they were also booked up. They did nothing to compensate or make things right for their mix up. They ended up getting a much more expensive yet less sketchy room at the Marriott. They will not be going back.
