Knights Inn San Antonio near Frost Bank Center

Great Staff Unfortunately due to timing and today's high way robbery one getting into a place for someone like myself and husband we have to come and do what most Americans are having to do and that is stay at a hotel. By the good man above and his blessings our stay here at this hotel since last month has been nothing but positive raves. The staff here amazing and very very helpful. We have an issue with our payment for just a day and the owners were very accommodating. Can't tell you how grateful we are for there kindness. We recommend staying here for anyone. So much convince with everything you need to get too without having to go far. Thank you Knights Inn and Staff for everything you have done while we are in limbo.

Horrible staff no phones for emergencies If I could give this hotel a zero I would. Ran into an emergency where my cell phone died. The phones in the room cannot be used to make local or operator assisted calls. I pleaded with the front desk clerk no pay phones they couldn’t care less that I was there stranded. Horrible customer service I will never stay at this dump again. Rooms dirty found a joint in one of the drawers and shady characters roaming all over the place. The quality inn up the street may be a better choice stay away from this dump with staff who could not give a damn about their guests.

JUST SLEEP IN YOUR CAR INSTEAD OF HERE!!! Upon arrival after pre-paying for the reservation, the front desk insisted that there be an additional $50.00 cash deposit be made prior to being allowed to go to our room; I should have immediately left but was too tired and too stupid not to. There were cockroaches on the bed, in the sheets, under the sheets, under the mattress pad and even under the mattress! Roaches crawled the walls in room and even shower/tub area! Room had a residential window air unit placed on the floor and taped to the opening in the front wall. Room had holes in the wall and holes in the bathroom; floor was tiled but if you walked barefoot your feet would blacken from all the filth! Fridge had old abandoned food left inside it. Front desk refused to relocate us to a different room or provide us a refund. Upon checkout, front desk refused to return our deposit, even though we had insisted we receive a written receipt with a statement on the receipt that the deposit would be returned on checkout! They claimed we had made the holes in the walls and had gotten the towels too dirty. Wife and I are in our 60's and couldn't possible make those holes unless we carried a hammer! This place is owned by a San Antonio group called Riverwalk Hospitality Inc, LLC, who also own several other hotels around the Riverwalk. As a veteran, I will be informing all of my contacts to NEVER grace the facilities owned by this group or the managing entities of Knights Inn.

Perfect This place is great and has more amenities than motel 6. Location is surrounded by dining, grocery, sports bars, shopping plus much more!! Easy access as well. Tassin and his staff are second to none!! Will be back!!

Best bang for your buck for sure So far my personal experience with this hotel has been one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a lower budget stay. Some stuff could be updated for sure like the mini fridges and could probably use a little bit of a spit shine. How ever the quality of the customer service is fantastic _ I felt absolutely valued as a customer and any time I'm back in San Antonio I'm going to knights inn by the AT&T center
