Bathrooms not properly cleaned Arrived very late on July 26 and our room's bathroom had hairs on bathtub and floor. The room floor vibrated all the time, like being next to a machine room. Next morning complained and we were assigned an other (smaller) room. This time the floor didn't vibrated but the bathroom had hairs on the toilet and bathtub, and the floor behind the door is stained. Complained again, this time with the manager, and he asked me a strange question "What would you like me to do for you?", as if I was trying to get an upgrade or something. I answered "I'm not looking for an upgrade, I just want a clean room". Well, no more rooms available, and since the room was paid in full with miles from the airline program (I'm stuck with them), I asked the manager for someone from housekeeping to go and clean the bathroom. Hairs are gone, stains remained. We are still on a pandemic and if the bathroom on 2 different rooms on 2 different floors are this dirty, I just don't want to think about their sanitizing process. The hotel DOES NOT have a safe box on the rooms, they offered it at the front desk, which is not convenient. There is cheaper in-and-out parking 2 blocks away. Waiting times for the valet at the hotel can be up to 20 minutes. The hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay, but I'm not returning

Very nice place to stay This hotel is VERY nice and love that it is RIGHT on the riverwalk so easy to just go down to it will def recommend to everyone, Friendly staff , pool and hot tub both great m good food , LOVED happy hour drinks and small meal

Outdated, parking only for small vehicles Hotel was outdated, and muggy. Parking garages were for small vehicles. No valet parking offered. Breakfast and dinner/drinks were great. Price was not worth the stay. Great location on the Riverwalk. Close to many restaurants in walking distance.

Wonderful Hotel on the Riverwalk After a lot of research on hotels for a recent 3 days stay on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, I had narrowed my seatch down to 2 hotels: The Drury Inn & Suites and The Drury Plaza. Basically the same amenities and price. I ended up chosing the Drury Inn & Suites for more felxible parking (the plaza requires valet parking), and its closer proximity to the busier spots on the Riverwalk. It is a remarkable hotel with a great free breakfast each morning and really good "kickback" dinner in the evenings. 3 free drink tickets per day for 21 and older also. We had a 7th floor, 2 Queen suite which slept 6. Included an amazing unobstructed view of the riverwalk and San Antonio skyline. Staff very helpful and friendly, and hotel super clean. Pool and gym on the top floor (7th) available as well. The only drawback of being on the 7th floor was one of the elevators was not working for most of 2 out of 3 days. Loved this hotel, and would definitely recommend and stay again. For six people, this particular room didn't allow much extra space for luggage bags, but it was still a great stay. Only minutes away from a ton of great things to see and do along the Riverwalk. Thank you Drury Inn & Suites Riverwalk!

Great hotel on the river walk This hotel was perfect for our family of 4. The river walk can get a little loud and crazy at night, but at no point did I feel unsafe in this hotel. The full breakfast was great as well as the complimentary evening drinks.
