what a joke I have to admit this is one of the nicest Bluegreen "resorts" we've been to. The RIM provides a lot of restaurants close by. Everything at the resort is twice the price of everything around, even drinks from a bartender that doesn't know what is going on. The parking is valet only, $40 a night plus tip! The back of the door in the room says the room I'm in is $811/night. Kayak had it at $181.

Not the service you’d expect When you walk in to this hotel, you would expect Waldorf or Ritz service. Not the case. No one goes out of their way to make the guest happy. If you ask for anything special, they say no. No eagerness to please the guest at all. And employees are clearly not empowered to make guests happy. What a shame, because it is a beautiful property with less than stellar service. Didn’t budge an inch when asked for late checkout. Just said NO!!

Don’t do it, save your money!!! This place is an overpriced dump with poor service. Far from luxury. Stay at La Cantera down the street for a true luxury experience. Poor service, from the valets, to the front desk to the management. Raggedy carpet in a business class room, NOT luxury. You’ve been warned.

Nicely located modern hotel with small rooms. Valet parking only. Nicely located by Great America, Rim-shopping Center and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean and modern accommodations. Small hotel room, nice bathroom, small mini fridge, no in-room microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Only one chair in room. Have to keep logging into the Internet every day to use. Valet parking only, very inconvenient and expensive. Not a good fit for daily coming and going. If something is left in the car you still need to get the valet to get your items. Self park options not available. Might be all right for a one night stay but not for more than two. Full service breakfast only offered Friday through Sunday, dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Small grab and go coffee shop open every day. Nice gym with water fill. Offers both indoor and outdoor pools.
