Embassy Suites : Very Comfortable and Welcoming The perk of the free breakfasts (very good!) and snacks at night were amazing. It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful downtown location. The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, staff members Amber and Thorin in the breakfast dining area were excellent informal tour guides with information about the sites to see in the area. Our stay was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had. Would highly recommend !

San Antonio fun Really enjoyed the staff. Especially Amber and Thorin in the dining room. They were so attentive and helpful. Hotel is centrally located and rooms need updating. Definitely need better and bigger luggage carts. Very enjoyable being on the Riverwalk.

Horrible stay Please stay away from this property we were given a room next to the pool and found out that loud music echos through where the pool is and you cannot sleep because it is so loud we called the front desk to have them turn it off and they lied to us by telling us it would turn off at 10 pm but soon found out it wouldn’t turn off until after midnight we asked for another room and they would not accommodate us we complained the next morning and was told the manager would contact us about it she never did you spend that kind of money expecting to receive a good nights rest and great service we got neither it was hands down the worst stay ever

The hotel that really takes care of their guess Great location, walking distance to several must see sights. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the two free drinks in the afternoon topped off a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Rooms are spacious, all you need : refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board are available. Pleanty of closet space . A very nice outdoor pool.

Place to stay San Antonio, Texas First the front desk Albert was great!. He looked at my stays and gave us an upgrade grade. Always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Awesome. All the staff was great also. The Happy hour Alberto and staff were awesome super nice and great service not to forget the breakfast cooks awesome also. Highly recommend for you to stay downtown San Antonio.
